I always receive excellent service here and find Canada Post rates lower than other shipping companies for our business shipping. I like the Business account option with discount rates for larger packages.

I went and got one of the reloadable visas and the guy who did it messed up and did the wrong birthday. And I’m pretty sure he messed up on other things too. I haven’t received the new card and when I look online my name is spelled wrong.

Post office worker, older lady is really rude. Separate occasion, my spouse went there, and she was really rude to a older Spanish lady. Then she was really rude to my spouse. She was not to a Caucasian lady before them, so this seems quite racist. On the occasion I was there, I was not rude back, and I didn't get her name. She's always there though. Couldn't be hard to find out.

Paid for registered mail on Monday, needed signature for proof of receipt on a legal document and tonight it shows “in community mail box - no signature required”. I’ve called two other locations that had no explanation, I drove to a third location to find out her manager told her yesterday Canada post isn’t doing signatures. I can’t even believe how bad you guys have screwed this up for us. Your telephone customer service is horrible too.

Canada Post is an organization where incompetency seems to be rewarded and contractual obligations discarded.A number of years ago they managed to loose a registered letter containing funding for our son's 2 year stint as a volunteer in 3rd world development work. A year later we received a partially shredded envelope which turned out to be the lost registered letter. 8 Years ago we sent 3 identical boxes on the same date from the same address to the same address in Canada. The boxes were numbered in reference to another. 2 Arrived and the third one was lost by Canada Post.Good luck getting it to surface again. Slightly more than a year ago a Canada Post worker was caught with more than 100000 pieces of undelivered mail in his apartment. After recently paying good money to have my mail forwarded to a different address, we now find that there is still mail being delivered to our home address. Privatize the whole works. Has worked well in other western countries. There, mail is even delivered to your door on Saturdays!

I don’t know why the hate on this place… everybody here is fantastic. I just moved to Chilliwack and run a home-based business that involves lots of shipping, so I’ve been coming in every day for several weeks and have always felt respected, appreciated and treated extremely well. Even today, I had my normal drop offs and some returns to Amazon and Telus, and the associate who helped me got it all done so quick! I highly recommend this place, and I encourage everybody to treat the associates here with kindness and respect. Remember, they’re not the delivery driver, they do the best they can with the info they have!

Hardly ever have to wait too long. The staff members are friendly. You're in and out quickly.
