The mark of good customer service is NOT when everything goes right but how a business treats the customer when something goes wrong.This is NOT a complaint about their cake but about Poor Customer Service. Within minutes we cancelled an order and they refused to provide a refund.Ask yourself if you would accept that with ANY other store?You walk out and back in within minutes and they refuse.Even a cancellation fee to cover the VISA/MC charges they pay would have been acceptable. I understand businesses have cancellations fees or no refunds within 24 hours but this was literally minutes.

A Piece of Cake
The cupcakes are very beautifully decorated and I wanted to love their taste too. But, I find the buttercream has lots of sugar which makes the texture of the cream crumbly and sugary. The cupcakes themselves although pretty good, don't have a very rich taste. The filling inside the cupcakes is sweet and has very good flavour, but is more gelatinous than creamy (what I was expecting). All in all, they are not bad at all, just not something I am used to. Thanks.
