Great pet store..dog wash area is amazing

The staff was very helpful in guiding me to where the product was located in the store. She made check out quick and easy and helped me load my purchase into my vehicle.

Was really happy they had so many options for healthier dog treats. Especially the No Hides" which are much better than the raw hides. Prices vary but still are reasonable for whatever your animal needs are."

Always have my pet's products in stock. Wendy is very knowledgable about all products in store. We can even get our dog groomed and nails clipped!!!

The staff are always friendly. The place is always well kept. There is often a cat walking around who must be in cat heaven having access to pretty much any toy he/she could dream of.

Tried to call 2 min to close to Just get 4 FROZEN MICE all she replied with was um we close soon when i was literally outside so i asked was that a no then an she replied yes where closed yes I understand it was very close to closing time but the only reason I needed to come up is because my order was messed up on Friday an i never got the mice :( just disappointed

Went here twice in the past week. Both times I was completely ignored, not one of the THREE associates standing around the till could tear themselves away from their good time to ask me if I need assistance or to even say hello. As it was, I did need assistance as I was wanting to purchase a dog cage and they were all on a top shelf. I also need a dog collar, a lead, a tie out, food, tick treatment recommendation, bones, pig ears and toys. I basically needed it all for our new puppy. After wandering the store and loading up my hands, still no one even offered to help or bring my items to the front and I was the ONLY customer in the store! I left and went to Canadian Tire (where I am quite used to being ignored). Ended up getting 99% of what I was looking for at Canadian Tire for way lower $$!!!Their pet section is quite nice actually.Made a second trip to Pet Value a week later and again despite there being 3 associates behind the till not one of them took the time to even say hi or offer to help. Will continue to spend my money elsewhere.The picture I took when I couldn’t read the price of the cage so I took a picture and zoomed in on it. Yes, still no one approached and asked if I needed help. (Same cage atCanadian Tire for $79)
