We had a great experience buying our new bed at this Sleep Country location. we were helped by Vincent, and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and was focused on our needs, and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. The delivery was also great as they called (as promised) between 8-9am on the delivery day to give our time frame. The delivery was fast, and just as scheduled. I would highly reccomend!

After receiving terrible service at another Durham location, we decided to stop off at the Ajax location and we are so glad we did. Juliet was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us. We purchased a mattress, box spring, pillows and a duvet. We were very happy with the quality and comfort of our purchases. So much so that we called the store to make sure Juliet was working and returned to make a second purchase. Thank you Juliet for restoring our confidence in Sleep Country.

Extremely disappointed, would not recommend. Bought a mattress on 12/22/21, which was scheduled to be delivered on 01/08/22. Delivery was rescheduled twice on their end, and I consequently cancelled my order. It’s been over a month and they have yet to refund my money for a product I never received, as they said deliveries are processed in a different system. After several back and forths with Matthew and Aaron, they had assured me I would get my money back soon. That has not happened and I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Totally unprofessional and an overall unpleasant experience.

Extremely bad customer service from store Manager Mr. Bobbi,I have no idea how he become a store manager with that attitude.I purchased a king mattress last month and I wanted to change with the softer mattress. the price of the mattress which I chose was $900 cheaper and they're asking me to pay $500 more. I went there couple of times and i couldn't change. Today Mr. BOBBI STORE MANAGER called me and telling your my complaint will get nowhere. I don't think its Professional to talk with customer like this Without Explaining. Especially if you are a store a MANAGER.Will never go there again

Lies. 10 year warrantee is bogus. Mattress broke down in 3 years. Guaranteed my whole family will never do buisness with them. Do not waste your time.

One of the worst experiences in my life was purchasing a bed from Sleep Country Canada, with the exception of one sales personnel. From first being sold a too soft bed (partly my fault) which aggravated my lower back pain to then being sold a way too firm bed that ended up pinching a nerve and causing me intense sciatic-like pain for over 5 weeks (because I had to escalate to get a second replacement) to then having another sales person try to upsell me the most expensive mattress there instead of the one that best suited my sleep position, my experience has been dreadful. Only one sleep expert" took the time to pay attention to the fact that I was a side sleeper who needed a medium style bed and also apologized to me for being sold the wrong beds not once but twice. The worst experience however was with their warehouse personnel who fabricated a "stain" by shining their phone from a yellow bedroom light to my replacement mattress just to avoid having to bring it back. Had a great experience working with Juliet to find my mattress. She took the time to help me figure out what mattress would suit me best. Her patience and knowledge was vital to my experience and she got me a great deal too

I recently purchased a mattress for my son who has autism. There were particular features of the mattress I was looking for because of his health conditions The salesperson, Juliet was absolutely amazing in assisting me with finding the perfect mattress for my son. She definitely brings more to the table than a regular salesperson. Juliet was extremely patient and so knowledgeable about the products. Her upbeat attitude and customer service were phenomenal. I definitely recommend this location for their product variety and ask for Juliet.

I am happy that most of the mattresses Sleep Country sells are made in Canada. I would be even happier if they used Canadian steel as well. Vincent was an excellent sales rep. He provided the direction and the key information I needed but allowed me substantial quiet time to rest upon various mattresses to narrow down the possibilities. We are very happy with our choice. This is our second purchase from this Sleep Country location. Our previous mattress lasted 18 years.
