sent the tax refund by courier it finnally arrived 1 mon th later and now it saw may 8 spoke to agent and said it is incorrect should be done by march 31 train the agents and and hire people to work terrible service we pay for more training and phone service needs to be upgraded

Extremely helpful and kind people, but the most broken system in the entire history of customer service :( when you do eventually get through to the reps, they help solve the conflict easily. They desperately need (and would benefit from) a CALLBACK service.

You can’t get a proper or have your issue looked into an except for the same robotic call centre answers. Most people can get the same information on line. Why are you paying all these people to sit at home in their sweats wasting more taxpayers money? Get that CRA office reopened & stop riding the Covid train. It’s a done deal. Get uuur shot together CRA

Currently on hold for over 1 hour when a 15 - 30 minute wait time was communicated at the start of the call. With these kinds of wait times. Could you at least incorporate some kind of call back service?!? People value their time.

These guys are literally the most useless department in government. I filed taxes and claimed my tax credits.Only for them to NOT follow how it was filed. Instead they took it upon themselves to double my tax credit without asking, calling, or consultating me in anyway. Now they are calling me saying i owe them $6600.00. Money i never recieved actually but money they gave to my government loan. So instead of asking for it back from the loans department, they are demanding i pay them.out of pocket. ive been recovering from a bad car accident and havent worked in 10 months but they dont care. There attitude is it is what it is" direct quote. Heartless and refuse to correct their mistake. Instead its on me to fix their mistake for them. Not even worth the 1 star."

How can this even be real? These people are the dumbest, slowest, most incompetent working in such an important position.All I tried to do was get a copy of my notice of assessment. Couldn't even do that. The website had me hopping through loop after loop of questions at the end of which I simply could not sign in or create any kind of account.So I tried calling. After being on hold for half an hour I talk to some sleepy sounding highschool dropout who could not help me at all. He said that the address I gave him was not correct with what they had on file so therefore he could not help me and needed more information" to verify my address. When I asked him for an example as to how I can verify my address he had no answer for me. The only thing he managed to communicate is that I would have to mail them a written request... why???!!So I can't get help through the website

The Phone number or phone system must be broken because it always says, the office is presently closed please call between such and such hours Mon-Fri. But all day Mon Through Fri the office is close HMM are they not back to work or just do not feel like working.

There should b negative stars to describe these scum bags. This office isn't even open so I'm forced to wait for hours on the phone only to b disconnected after 3 hrs and even when u do get thru its an absolute nightmare and most likely nothing will get accomplished. Somehow after 7 years the cra have decided that I'm no longer a parent to my son and just cut off the child tax and now no one there knows what's goin on and keep passing the buck.

Like pulling teeth trying to talk to them. They waste an hour of my time, because they can't have a functioning website.Except without laughing gas or anesthesia.Infuriating.I liked when there were competent CPA's that were able to act on my companies behalf and talk to the Business Account branch because those people on those phones used to be able t o efficiently and effectively answer questions.Complete waste of time.
