The staff is so friendly, comforting, they listen to , always asking though your appointment if your okay or if you need a break, never make you feel embarrassed just an amazing dentist!!

Highly recommended for everyone specially those people who are afraid to touch their teeth. Staffs are very welcome and they have a very good services.

Appointments necessary no matter how much pain you're in (contrary to their advertising and website). I called and said that I am in a lot of pain and would simply like to see someone as soon as possible, and they said they only had one appointment slot available a week from now. I have heard of good experiences and it seems like a nice place, but I was disappointed they didn't uphold that policy while still advertising it.

This place is very unprofessional to say the least. I'm in need of a dentist after not seeing one during Covid. I thought this place would be ideal as they are very close to where I live.My First interaction after they brought me into the back. I waited over 20mins for someone to come back. I thought I was forgotten about. No one updated me there was a delay. My second interaction which was today. Appointment was for 10:20 am and I ended up waiting a full 30mins before I asked what was the delay. When they did cone to get me they sat me in a broken chair with no head rest. Now I'm 6'4 and that chair and it just fits me. I also have back issues so when I was told to slide down in the chair to make up for the head rest that was not there. I My back started to acr up.. so I told them that I can't do that. I asked if there was a reason for putting me a broken chair. Their reply was it was the only one available. Please keeping mind I'm a 52 yr old man with old bones. This place is very incompetent. Lots of questions that don't really makes sense when looking for a new dentist.Please avoid this place."

I’ve been going here for the past few years. It’s great cause each visit is covered or doesn’t break your bank. But the facility and staff don’t reflect that. They’re always friendly and helpful. I love their text message about appointments, as I’m a guy that if I don’t see it visually I’ll forget. This way, I just wait for the text to input on my phone and don’t have to busy my brain. The facilities are great and good equipment. I would highly recommend it

I have used this office a few times for various procedures. They keep to their scheduling and I have never had to wait long for an appointment. They're good with applying anesthetic, the procedures are always pain-free. The office is also easy to work with, I had to rebook an appointment the day before and they didn't hassle me over it. I also looked into general pricing for the work I had done, they charge less than what is typical in most locations.

I don’t even know what to say. I just switched my dentist to maple ridge and I regret it greatly. When I went in there today for two fillings I had the female dentist who told me if I felt pain at any point to raise my left hand. I had informed her previous to starting that the freezing now and in the past usually takes an extra freeze. She started and I immediately felt the pain so I raised my hand. She ignored me and didn’t even take the tools out of my mouth so I could say what was wrong and continued, I raised my hand again telling her to stop and she says “almost done” and finishes up. I felt completely violated and that my right to say no and stop were completely disregarded. I walked out of that office in a pure panic attack. The receptionist was so nice and said she’d talk to the manager but I will be in contact with the manager about that dentist.

My first experience was great, they fit me in for a check quickly. Explained everything and allowed my to book future work in a schedule that works for me. Very accommodating and friendly.

I figure some pain is inevitable. Having realistic expectations... Is key. However, the doctors and dental assistants, has a very gentle touch. And responded very quickly to discomfort from me, and my guiding them with feedback. I had multiple teeth taken out, and lots of bad experiences with others .. but maple ridge both got me in quickly, for the antibiotic that would eliminate my pain, and the follow up to pull what was causing thatNothing but good things to say here about the office and staff.
