We were backing our trailer into the campsite in Marmora and our power steering went. The kicker was that we had just had a new rack and pinion installed 3 days prior in Ottawa. After numerous calls around Marmora we were led to Top Quality Auto Service. Not only did Earl deliver us ATF +4 he also gave us his thoughts on what was wrong from his years of experience. It was determined that the seals had gone. Communications between the Ottawa repair shop and Earl it was decided that Top Quality would replace the rack. They were very busy but they fit us in and were able to get our truck back to us in 2 days. It was an excellent customer service experience. TOP QUALITY AUTO SERVICES is hands down the best place to take your vehicle. My car decided it was going to break on my way from Renfrew to Uxbridge. I pulled into Top Quality on a whim hoping they could look at my car. Even just to tell me if I could drive it or not. (Which was an absolute no) Right away my car was being looked at and diagnosed with what was wrong and I left there being able to drive my car again!Highly informative, very professional and customer service like no other. I had to hang out while my car was being serviced and not only was I treated like they’ve know me for years they went above and beyond to make sure I knew what they were doing and made me feel extremely welcomed. Earl and Jay are very nice and welcoming! They didn't know me as we just moved to town and they were very helpful getting all 4 brakes and boots and tye rods done for the best price available. If you need your car fixed give them a call!!

Great experience with these guys, was traveling from Ottawa to Burlington when my truck lost its tensioner pulley and belt about a 2km from there shop.They managed to squeeze me in even though they were very busy, got the parts in and installed quickly and very reasonable price!I was still able to make my trip on time.
