Purchased a 1/2 Hp 115V De-Icer with 7.5M of power cable Dec 13 2016.After years of using a sub-pump type deicing process which burnt out every 1-2 years.I can tell you that I would absolutely recommend this product. It is incredible the amount of open water around our dock now. From end of dock to shore and almost reaching both our neighbors docks over 100 ft in either direction. I was 100% satisfied with their service and the way it was packaged. I would recommend this product.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the Arbrux pond aerator. Not only does it look like it will last forever, but it goes together so easily, and is so well designed. The people at Arbrux know their stuff and are really helpful.

Purchased the thermostat (KP16110) which cost $152.81 +HST. It had deadspots where it would not work at all. I asked to return it for a refund in the spring, 6 months and 12 days after the purchase. Company responded the warranty is only six months so too bad, no refund, no replacement. Wrote and asked them to reconsider and did not even get the professional courtesy of a reply.Also purchased their timer which is mechanical. Being mechanical, that means if the power goes off, your settings will be messed up when it comes back on. I then found a Stanley electronic timer that has battery back up at Walmart for around $30, and it worked great all winter.Have since learned that Home Hardware in Gravenhurst sells a dock de-icer which is said to be better and is less money. Suggest anyone looking for these types of products shop around.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchase the 1/2 horse fountain from Arbrux on April 5th 2016 and installed it on April 7th. The pump failed within 30 days, May 4th to be exact. Arbour asked us to return it for inspection and to save on shipping costs (which we had to pay) we separated the pump from the motor). After receiving the pump they refused to do any warranty given the fact that we separated the two components. We sent them the motor only to have them refuse the shipment. In today's day of providing exemplary customer service I would recommend someone else to purchase from.

Peter's President is NOT professionalism about the commitment of sale. I did not receive his excuses for my bad history with him. I am not confident of him. Dear customers, please be careful with this company.

I’ve purchased the motor and dock mount about 2 months ago. I was very skeptical at first. I can say say now that it’s amazing for muck removal around my dock. There was about 3 ‘ deep water and weeds around my large dock. It’s now 6’ deep and about 10-12’ out of clean swim able water. I’m very happy with this quality made product, 10 out of 10.

As a professional fountain installer and lake manager, also as an owner of a 32 year old water feature company.. BEWARE of this company.. They do not stand behind their inferior products and will use loopholes to get out of any kind of accountability. If they screwed over a professional, imagine what they will do to a first time consumer...

Great quality product so far as I have only used it for a month!! Easy install and presently using it to blow muck and weeds seems to work pretty well:)) Happy that it's made in Canada,,,you can tell!!

Silverbrook U-Catch Trout Farm has been useing the Arbrux aerator for 4 years. The aerators dont need any maintenance kits. Just give a pressure wash. It is a great product. Arbrux has excellent service for quick responds to any questions.. I recomend this product to anyone for there lake or pond.
