Big Bay Point Dentistry

Very poor service. I went in with no pain. they told me i had a cavity to be repaird. After having this work done i suffered more pain. They were not willing to have repair the tooth so there was no pain.

Dr. Christina and Edyta are absolutely incredible. Suffering from severe anxiety, Dr Christina and Edyta take the time to ensure that I am comfortable and understand all of the procedures and every action being taken. They check in on me throughout the visit, work with my medical needs and NEVER make me feel like a burden. Katie and the remaining staff are always kind, responsive and understanding. They are quick to respond to emails, send reminder calls for upcoming appointments and always greet me with a smile and by name. I am so happy that I found this dental office, and I look forward to continued appointments at their clean, welcoming facility. Thank you Dr. Christina, Edyta, Katie and everyone else at BBP Dentistry!

All the staff are wonderful and fully understanding of my son's needs as a special needs patient. They are always considerate of my time as well. I highly recommend this office for anyone requiring dental work.

Unfortunately the experience was not a good one on any levelThe treatment was not done properly, we called the office shortly after to come back to correct and was told a call would be returned in 30 minutes. The call never came and when we had to call again the next day were told no one was available for 3 days. The gums were cut and raw and was not to eat without pain. We were not reimbursed for the payment nor did they offer to compensate for the pain, time off work and and now we have to pay to have it fixed elsewhere and take more time off work. Fortunately we were able to go to The Smile Centre on Bayview and they were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend their professionalism and protectiveness and concern. Don’t just go to a dentist because they are close by, do your homework!

Called them frantically after a rock broke my tooth in half they got me in moments after I had arrived. The dentist and the lady assisting her were very welcoming. The environment and staff are incredible and the work she did was excellent. Hands down my favourite dentist

I have seen Dr. Christine more than once. She is incredible with me and my anxiety. She gets more than 5 stars from me as she is just patient, kind, truly caring. I can not say enough good things about this wonderful lady.Dr. Christine, I will be back to see you soon.

Dr. Lilian Barsoum and her dental assistant Sasha Dar are a fabulous team. My daughter needed dental work and they were so reassuring and kind and did a great job. I am grateful I found them. Front desk staff are wonderful as well. Highly recommend this place.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Big Bay Point Dentistry. I have such a hard time going to the dentist because of a fear of the dentist and for the first time in 15 years, I can say I was completely comfortable and relaxed. The staff are incredible kind, gentle and welcoming. I was scheduled immediately upon my call for a same day appointment & treated that day after examination. Lillian is so gentle and patient. She takes extra time for you to stay feeling calm and does an exceptional job. We had laughs (first time ever in a dentist office!!!) and when I left the receptionist even remembered a small detail I shared about myself and chatted to me about it. 5 stars over and over & consider me a life long patient!!! Thank you!!!!!

I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and was not proud of the state of my teeth. The staff treated me just like someone with great teeth, and Dr Rahimi provided me with very detailed explanations about everything that was going on. Although my appointment undoubtedly took longer than they had anticipated, I was not rushed through, rather I was given extra attention to make sure all bases were covered.Wish I had found this place 10 years ago. I'll be a regular customer from now on.

My dentist since childhood retired a few years back and I was hesitant to visit dentist offices since they’ve been popping up like dandy lions. I finally and literally “Bit the bullet” with broken tooth to prove it, so decided to visit Big Bay Point Dentistry. I wish I had never been so apprehensive of finding a new dentist. Dr. Christina is an amazing dentist! Dr. Christina has light hands and a great eye. Dr. Christina and Staff go out of their way to let you know exactly what is going on and make you dental experience as comfortable and go smoothly as possible. Both dental assistant’s are also very down to earth and nice and great at their jobs, they’re like dental Ninjas! I’d like to thank Dr. Christina and Staff at Big Bay Point Dentistry for their honest professionalism, effort, hospitality and just being nice good people!
