Truthfully I only spoke to Tim on the first day. However I dealt with Mike through about 90% of the process. He was absolutely incredible to work with! He spent many hours reassuring me and talking me through everything. We were in an air BnB after we sold our home and during the time we were looking for our new home the interest rate went up a few times. He was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. In the end we went with a private sale and I was nervous without a realtor. Again Mike answered all my panicked calls and eased all my anxieties.On the days leading up to closing they were in contact frequently and even after closing the team reached out to check in. I can’t remember everyone’s names but they were all just wonderful. I would definitely recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage broker
