BELFOR Property Restoration
We had a major storm that caused a flood in our finished basement at the end of May. As soon as I talked to my insurance company, Belfor called us minutes later to set up a plan. Despite having hundreds of other houses to deal with that day they still made sure they made it to us to start the emergency clean up. Every member of the team was very professional and courteous. The project assistant, Jessica, gave me her cell phone and email right away so communication was very easy. Great experience all around!

We called Belfor to help my mother with a water pipe that had burst. Her basement was saturated in 3 of water. They arrived within the hour and took care of the water and had everything back in order within days for her. They were very patient and understanding with my mother from beginning to end. I used Belfor for a flood I had in my home caused by a water main break. I found that they were very helpful and informative. This was the first time I had used a Restoration Company and they were very patient to walk me through the whole process from start to finish. I would strongly recommend Belfor.

Belfor was at my home an hour after calling my insurance company, I had a sump pump failure, causing flooding in my basement. The crews that came into my home were very professional, friendly, efficient, and mindful of my dogs. Belfor also took on my basement repairs with the same quality of service as the clean up, with excellent quality of work. Numerous small things also were done (which wasn’t part of the job), Belfor went the extra mile to help me! I have referred Belfor to friends as I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again. The Sarnia Belfor team rocks!!!!

Terrific Service! Scott and his crew were polite, courteous and extremely helpful through a tough time. Having dealt with a competing restoration company recently (and receiving terrible service and treatment) Belfor provided a welcomed change. Scott and his crew answered all of our questions and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. His team efficiently and carefully packed and moved our treasured belongings. I will continue to recommend Belfor in Sarnia to our friends and family. We could not be more pleased. 5 stars!

I highly recommend using Belfor Sarnia. I was fixing our house and noticed fine hairs in the plaster. Nervous I had exposed myself to asbestos, I called Kevin from Belfor and he came over and took a sample to be tested straight away. Professional, friendly and timely, Kevin made our job a priority and thankfully there was no asbestos. Thanks again for the excellent service and going above and beyond.
