I went there for an exchange of an item that I bought online. The experience was a breeze. The employees were very helpful and they kept an eye on what I need. The lady at the till was very proficient. This was probably the best experience I had a Marks so far. I would definitely recommend and would go back again.25 Feb 2022: Marks has not changed, their service quality of products is still as good as it was when I was last there. The shop assistants were very helpful and friendly with smiling faces. Makes a large difference.

Don't stock work clothes for bigger guys. Nothing past 2XL for shirts/tops. And nothing bigger than 38 waiste. I was told to order online...well how the hell do I order online if I don't know what size to order in the 1st place. Lady looked so confused!!!!"

Today I was completely astonished by the rudeness of an employee named Olesia towards me. Is she the management of this place? If so I need to warn people do not shop between the times of 9am-5pm(just don't shop when she's working) if you don't want to be subjected to an unprofessional manner!! I've shopped here many times & she always acts the same! Is this the manager? If she is I can't understand why she is still at the company, and I fear for her co-workers if she treats the employees like this! If she is an employee this is worse because it speaks to the type of training you supply your employees at Marks! Somebody please help her on the proper edictae of dealing with customers!! This is ridiculous to be treated this way!

I went in looking for work boots and Alex explained the Dakota vs Timberland Pro vs Helly Hansen to me and what their reliability and use case would be. I especially enjoyed his recommendation for the lighter Helly Hansen boots. Didn't even know they existed! At the end I went for the Timberland Pros for longevity. Thank you so much for your help.

Expensive place to shop, saw some good variety of construction shoes and snow shoes, unfortunately limited sizes mostly small.

My experience was not great at all. I sent my husband to return my boots that I had worn for only a few days and he was yelled at That they do not do returns and promptly dismissed. Then I went in there and I asked the same question cause. I didn't know what he had told them and she was yelling at me that I'd worn them for a week and no longer needed them then I. Went to calmly explain that they gave me really bad blisters only at wearing them for A-day and then she cut me off and yell at me. Then fine we can exchange them. Then left to go yell at some other customers. The manager was name was Pam so whoever responds to this. If it's by mark's people can you please have Pam go through a customer service training and maybe tell her not to yell at people throughout the store. It's very unprofessional coming from someone who already has lots of customer experience themselves.

Visited couple of times. Good collection. Every time had to wait 15min - 20min to pay and every time there was only one cashier. Rest of the staff have no interest to help either. On top of that, people do returns in the same line and that’s even more time consuming. Maybe, management can look in to it and address the issue. Other than that nice location with ample parking.
