Doctor Kennedy is fine. But his receptionists are awful. I had a follow up appointment booked and NO ONE let me know that they moved locations. They had told me that my appointment would be 1-1.5 hours long. Yes, it was. IN THE WAITING ROOM. My time with Dr. Kennedy was less than 5 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. What terrible service.

Dr Kennedy did lazy eye surgery for my husband and my son. He’s been great with follow ups as well as Dr Ko. We’ve so far had great experiences. I have not been to their new location yet though. :)

Dr. Kennedy's receptionists are un professional and disrespectful. Make sure that when they book your appointment you make them repeat the location at least 4 times, I had them repeat it only 3 times and they booked the wrong location so when I showed up, an hour's drive from home for my daughter appointment, they denied her. Wasted gas and wasted money for parking. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal, not their problem. If at all possible, avoid going here.

Another great experience with Dr. Ross Kennedy and his team! My son had a successful surgery about 8 years ago and ever since we’re visiting this office every year or often, as needed ! The receptionist were nice and helpful, Mara is wonderful as usual and Dr. Ross is very kind, calm and knowledgeable! We were provided with lots of information so we could take the best decision! Thank you!

Dr. ROSS KENNEDY is the best DOCTOR in the town.He treats everyone with care and respect.I Really appreciate his work ,went for my brothers eye surgery and are really happy with results. He made such a complicated surgery easy to understand for my little brother and he is exceptionally good at convincing kidsTHANK YOU

Dr Ko may be fine, but the receptionists are terrible. They booked my apptmt and then upon request rescheduled it to a date when the doctor was on leave! I had wasted gas, time and money to come there only to know that the doc is on vacation. They just shrugged their shoulders for that. Terrible service.

I went to see Dr. Kennedy to look into some issues I have been having with my eyes. What I was most impressed with was how knowledgeable he was and how he was extremely patient in explaining what was happening with my eyes. Not every doctor takes the time to explain this to their patients. It meant a lot to me as my eyes are so important to me. He was very careful to make sure all my needs were met and to ensure I was able to get the corrected vision I needed. I'm grateful and would highly recommend him.
