Great spot for the kids to play!! And extremely comfortable chairs for the parents too!Would have been 5 stars, but the lack of days hours open took it to 4

Great space to bring kids to burn some energy. Spacious, well laid out, friendly staff and fair rates.

Comfortable seats for parents while the kiddos have fun

Very good place for kids. Lots of toys,activities and nice play zone area. Even parents can also sit and enjoy tea coffee. As it is inddor playground kids can enjoy no matter how the oustide weather is. Very friendly staff and also have arrangements for birthday party.

My first experience at the Play Palace received 5 stars. Friendly customer service ($10 a day for your little one to play). Clean when we were there (just before 1pm). The washrooms were also clean and my little one had so much fun. We will be back

Lovely little spot to take the kids on a rainy day! The equipment is big enough that parents can go in to get a child, if needed, and there is lots of comfy seating around the perimeter. Most of the side lining is mesh so you have good sight lines while your children are playing.There are toys and snacks available and lots of room inside and outside of the play structure.There is not much in the way of mats or toys for really small ones so bring a blanket.The building looks to have been a school previously and the bathroom is down the hall. Good signage for location for first time attendees. They also do birthday parties (private, after hours only).

Good for kids under 10 . Ideal for toddlers and under 7 years. Lots of fun and engaging activities for the kids. Staff is helpful and supportive.

Been there more then once for their advertised open time for it to be closed. Both times sat for a minimum of 10 minutes waiting to see if they would open and they didn’t. I messaged their Facebook and politely asked if their Facebook page had the correct hours and explained we’ve been there twice this year right at opening and they were not infect open. Only to be basically called a liar because they “checked their log” and staff was indeed there and the doors were open at 9:30. I checked the doors at 9:30 and again at 9:35 and no they weren’t. To be told “I checked the log book and staff was there, the doors were opened at 9:30 and I’m not sure what the problem is, cheers.” Won’t be back, will stick to McDonalds Playground instead. Cheers!

The kids always have a great time and nice to get to speak to grown ups and met great people
