I must say when I got arrested for spitting on a cop I did not expect these guys (specifically the parole team) to set me up with housing. I'm so glad our city, especially in the DTES, has a court program like this. One that tries to prevent recriminalization of drug addicts.

Horrible assistance towards victimsI guess the only people with rights are the accused as victims get ignored and left to fend for themselves
