Spot on Homes are amazing. When we bought our place, it was originally renovated by them and we loved the renovation work they have done.Few years after we hired them to build a top floor extension over the garage and renovate the lower floor to have an in-law-suit. Their work was timely, budget efficient and great quality. They have great work ethic, clear communication, and it was just great working with them. I highly recommend them.

Quick update, needed some bathroom hardware changed and called these guys back after their great work the first time. And glad to say they are still as awesome as ever! On time, excellent insight and knowledge and a no fuss job done exactly right first time. Thank you!

I live in a condominium in Yaletown and was referred to Dalbir Dosanjh of Spot on Homes. We met, I advised him of the changes I wanted and he provided me with a quote the next day setting out the cost for the redesign of the main countertop in my kitchen, replacement of countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The quote seemed fair and we entered into a contract that day. Within days, he had secured the materials and gave me a timeline for the carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. The entire job was completed just over 2 weeks from our initial meeting. I am very pleased with the outcome. The workmen were professional and I was told by my building concierge that they were polite and respectful of booking elevator times and reporting on progress.
