I love this gym! Equipment is newer and nicer than most gyms I’ve tried, staff is super nice and helpful and other members are very respectful which is always a plus! It never gets too crowded (I don’t recall ever having to wait to use equipment), and the space itself is beautiful with the brick walls and plenty of natural light. Yes the membership can get pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for if you’re a regular user!

The staff was incredibly helpful especially Victoria and Didier were both welcoming and charming at the front desk and answered all my questions about memberships given my personal situation! The gym is super clean and has huge selection of machines, benches and dumbbells

Tried out this gym for the first time since my girlfriend comes here and absolutely loved it, very nice and welcoming environment. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great equipment quality was also a must for me and I’m happy with the place!

I have been a member of this gym for a few years now. It has got to be the best kept secret in Montreal. This gym is always clean, never overcrowded. From my own experience, compared to other gyms in the area, this is THE ONLY gym I or you will need. It has a huge cardio area on the 1st floor, and the entire ground floor is dedicated to weights and body weight area. It really is a top notch gym. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. You won't regret joining this gym.

Overall good gym. Group class instructors are great and people are friendly. The first floor feels a bit crammed with all of the machines so it can be a bit intimidating to venture there. The vent system could use some cleaning and dusting, especially with the ongoing air quality issues. Also wish they would reinstate online reservations for group classes. Note that they do not sell day passes, you get a free one day trial but after that it’s only monthly memberships (about 70$ a month currently).

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel right at home. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I need for my workouts. I especially appreciate the variety of equipment and classes offered, which keeps my workouts fun and challenging. The gym also offers convenient hours, making it easy to fit a workout into my busy schedule. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience!

The gym is very clean & bright with natural light and all new equipment. Great showers, sauna and towel service is included.I really like working out here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable - especially Didier. Very courteous gentlemen.Even when I don't workout, I look doing some work in their lounge area. Great atmosphere!

I recently moved to Montreal and tried out a couple gyms, this was definitely the best one in terms of community. Staff is super nice, other gym members are very respectful. Also the fact that you gave access to all group classes with your membership is great. Definitely recommend!!

Love this gym! Always clean and I like the mix of classes available. Did the 6:15pm body pump class with Sarah today and had an amazing workout! Will be back!
