PCC Watch & Clock Repair
Took over a year to get my clock back.Broke the swing door saying it was plastic, implying it was cheaply made (the clock was purchased and made in Germany). The door was working fine, it was not the issue, the clock was just not running. I will never go back there.

I have a collection of 15 watches and i bring them here for service!, I stopped due to being charged 80$ to fix a watch and it was never fixed correctly, ended up throwing my favorite watch in the garbage.

Just took my watch in to have the batteries replaced. It's not a common watch as it has a duo face and there is a specific process for taking it apart and changing out the batteries. Bill was amazing!! I remember taking almost 45 minutes just to figure out how to set the time on both faces. But in less than 10 minutes Bill took it apart, replaced both batteries, set the date and time on both faces and had everything back together for me! Outstanding service!!Bill is truly a man skillful at his work and I'm grateful for it!
