Helpful staff and really nice manager. It just only took not more than 15 minutes and my daughter got the shoes that she loves (Timberland) with a really good deal. She win an award for her achievement at her high school graduation and got a gift card from Urban Trail/Quark. And the manager helped her paying with that gift card. Thank you.

Had a extremely unpleasant experience with one of their staff (got fired already). Luckily the manager was being very helpful. And I’m quite satisfying with the result. Felt like as a customer I was being valued and cared. Definitely thumbs up to the manager.
