When it comes to all of your mechanical needs Rafal Hryszko is the man for your job! Punctual, responsive, hard working and honest, I would trust no one else! He has great craftsmanship and work ethic. He explains things thoroughly and precisely. I have referred Rafal to many of my own family members in the past, and they were also pleased with the results. I will be calling him back for many more projects to come.

BEING A FIRST TIME HOME OWNER I was highly concerned when I faced some issues with my gas water heater. The biggest fear was that I didn't know anything about gas water heaters and many more gas and water plumbing connections spread across the basement and beyond. Additionally having recently moved to the new province where I didn't had any connections wasn't helpful as well.Nevertheless after talking to many others when I contacted Primo Services I immediately felt the difference in terms of person on the phone paying attention to my problem and being flexible in terms of quoting me a much better price and promising immediate visit.Their Tech was in contact when he got stuck in the traffic and thought he may be a little late. He not only fixed the problem but gave me much more additional time explaining and checking all the connections and appliances that I was having in the house. He also gave me some very professional and cost saving advices.All in all it was amazing experience and I can vouch that these guys don't try to take advantage of your vulnerabilities or lack of technical knowledge!

We had Rafal Hryszko come into inspect our gas line and install our gas stove. Not only was he punctual, professional, reasonable, he educated us on what work needed to be done. All the work he did was very neat and to meet all proper regulations. I highly recommend his work! I’m glad to have found someone whom I can trust to get the job done. I will definitely be calling Rafal for all my work in the future!

Raff came and fixed our furnace that had been acting up and not delivering heat. He fixed a number of “bugs” in the system set up and made our home much more comfortable. He was open and transparent. I would use him and his company again in a heart beat.
