Ordered on-line and as usual they messed up the order and it's our fault. They messed up one of our chicken dinners, two of the three dinner got gravey and not chalet sauce and the garlic loaf came with cheese only no tomatoes or green oninon.Well after talking with customer service they gave us a credit for one meal and the garlic loaf then 3 minute's they call back and say it's your fault and no credit. Needless to say i have ordered from here in over two years and now never again.

This specific location had the most terribly slow service. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but we waited about 45 minutes for our meals to make it to the table. The waitress seemed to disappear for lengthly periods of time from our section. Management should coach the floor team to communicate to diners if there is an unusual wait time for the meals. Having a hangry toddler at the table made this experience not enjoyable. The food was mostly consistent with the chain with the exception of the Chalet soup which was particularly salty.

Hard to believe I just paid $31 for a whole bbq chicken. I also got 4 mini buns. I could have bought 3 full bbq chickens everywhere else. Costco, Sobeys, FreshCo, etc...

Always a great place for years to go and enjoy great chicken which is always cooked to perfection. The ambience and customer service is amazing.

Not being familiar with the entrances and exits to the parking lot was the only issue. We were seated relatively promptly, and the orders were served in what seemed like no time. Dipping their fish in Chalet sauce is so delicious! (It is their Lent menu.) The waiting staff was attentive and excellent. Thanks for a great family meal time.

The service and the food were okay. Staff were friendly, however, if you sit in the patio, service might take a while. If you’re looking for an inexpensive and filling meal, this is a good place to eat. Good for families and large parties.

This place needs to be shut down! We went for dinner, the waiter repeated the order incorrectly 3 times, drinks came incorrect. Then food order came incorrect, appetizer came at the end, food had a horrible cold and with a rotten meat smell. Manager was called he said he would give us a free desert, we began to say the meat smells bad, he quickly said the bill was on him. We then began to leave and suddenly we got sick. One of us ran to the bathroom to throw up and another ran outside. We were instantly sick. The manager was called once again, another young kid came out claiming to be the manager and brushed us out. keep in mind we were really sick at this point. Health inspection need to pay this location a visit. As we were outside another man and his young son walked out saying this place was terrible...food and service. he also claimed he did not pay. My husband and i were sick all night and today. I will be reporting this location!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Great food. I loved the Honey garlic chicken which my gf ordered. Cakes for desserts are so good i wanted more but i was too fill because of the main course. We seated outside, which was good if you don't mind the sounds of cars passing by and occasional honking. Wish they had umbrellas outside for the dining tables, or some shade, cuz if you plan on eating outside in the afternoon, it's gonna be a bit hot.Overall, love the place and food. Service was great too!
