Came across these folks on tiktok. Probably never buying branded clothing again. I got so many good quality polos, hoodies, tshirts for under a $100 whereas if it had a brand on it the price would easily go over $250.Also customer service… Amazing! For some reason my postal code had an issue and I was immediately approached by their team. Within 30 minutes of my order being placed too! This shows me that the company does not waste time. Love it.While this was just a trial run for me, im happy to say ill be using them for everything now

Practically impossible to cancel order after being placed in the name of efficiency. There is nothing efficient about receiving a wrong order. Terrible business model and will definitely never buy from them again.

Awesome pricing, good products and fast shipping. My only 'complaint' is my phone number wasn't placed on the shipping envelope and due to living in a rural area, despite needing a local address it doesn't come to my door. Had I not checked the shipping in time and saw it had been accepted at the local depot, it would have got sent back before I even knew it arrived as they didn't have my number to call me. Regardless, I hope to order more from them in the future.

Be very careful dealing with this company. When you first buy a product, they make you pay for shipping. Fair enough.If you have to return the product, they make you pay the return shipping and do not reimburse you. (So now you have paid shipping twice). They will not simply exchange the product and ship you a different article.If you still want the product, you have to buy it again, and pay shipping again. So now you have paid shipping 3 times for one article of clothing!This is a very sneaky scam, and you should not do business with this company.

First time ordering from them. overall great experience. Easy locating what I wanted and easy order. Customer support was quick to reply and help, when I contacted for first nations status tax exemption and that was no Hassel so easy (some companies this is a pain). Shipping was ok as I only did the basic haha. Overall a happy customer!! The shirts where good quality and no issues. Highly recommend them for supporting local business. I made a first purchase from blankclothing and it will be my last. I purchased 2 pair of sweatpants in size small but they were still too large. There was no extra small so I had nothing to exchange for. I called and was simply told I could return them but it would be at my expense. No other offer was made, in fact a total lack of customer service savvy. Sending them back made no sense as the postage was more than the price of the pants. I buy online all the time and have found that merchants generally want to keep customers returning so try to work with them to resolve issues, but blankclothing obviously couldn't care less. This company is a big zero in my book!

Don't buy anything from that company because they will make you pay for the shipping if you are not satisfied with the quality of their material that I order white tank tops for women that can see through your bra! so I am returning 30 tank tops back and make me pay for the shipping fee which is full of balcony!!
