Great experience shopping online. I usually shop in Toronto because that's where I'm from and even through I have been living in Peterborough since 2012 I never took the chance to browse around local stores. I am somewhat a regular customer at Providence and came to learn about SOS from there. I decided to browse for some gifts and found the collection - unique. Communicating with the store was effortless given I did have some changes to my order. Shelby was incredible with her recommendations and finding solutions. I would highly recommend shopping with them online or in-store.

I love this place and the personal touch!Today I walked in not really knowing what I wanted or needed, other than SHOES. (postpartum + COVID = I have no idea about outfits anymore or what one wears to do things in society).I knew I wanted something durable and that could multitask for a bunch of different outfits.The owner did her magic and found me two perfect pairs of shoes, despite me having no idea what I was looking for.Well done SOS!

Ummmm AMAZING.I ordered a bunch of goodies online but was unsure of some sizing and Shelby, the owner was soooo helpful, (hilarious) and amazing with sending me fit photos. Everything arrived fitting PERFECTLY (which never happens especially when I order jeans). I'm fully obsessed with SOS. Dope clothes, amazing service!

SOS is a community staple! SOS has the best selection of quality pieces. I wore a pair of shoes from SOS to a conference in Beverly Hills and I received nothing but compliments, everyone loved them. SOS was clearly our first choice for our daughter for her virtual graduation during COVID. SOS was there for us during a sudden loss in our family, Shelby helped put an outfit together for the funeral and the clothing was high quality and beautiful. I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion Shelby had during that difficult time. Thank you SOS ♥️

My oldest daughter has always been so sensitive to clothes and shopping has always been really difficult for us. Someone at the store was so helpful and pulled everything they had in the fabrics she liked in her size. The clothes her are high quality without being overpriced. Thank you so much! It’s so nice for her to be out of pajamas and feel comfortable!

So… I went into SOS at 4:40 this afternoon on a quest. I have been looking for a specific pair of docs for the last 2 years. Finding them unavailable, anywhere I had checked at least. Peterborough, Toronto, Edmonton, online and even parts of Europe. The docs I wanted were just not available.Until today…Thank you to Margo at SOS for working with other staff to sort and tidy the stock room over the weekend. Which resulted in uncovering … THE EXACT BOOTS I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR!!! My search is over, my quest is done… and me and my feet are super happy!! Thanks Margo, job well done and your customer service and delightful personality, while in store, was amazing.I left the store, one happy customer… with my new Doc Martens.
