Springer did an amazing job installing a brand new deck and fence in my backyard! They were able to add an incredible amount of livable space to my house. John and his team were friendly, efficient, and precise throughout the whole installation. They even came back to replace several boards that had a few splinters in them. They ensured I was 100% satisfied with the project and checked in after it was done to make sure I was happy. Springer was very quick to start and finish the project, and completely changed the feeling of my backyard. I would absolutely recommend their work to anyone looking to get a new deck or fence installed. You will not regret hiring these guys!

We were so impressed with Springer Landscapes! They returned calls/texts in a timely manner, came when they said they would, and never abandoned throughout the process.The crew was AMAZING!! They were polite and helpful. They kept our needs in mind as the project came to completion. They cleaned up daily with a detailed clean up at the end of the project. When changes in the design came up, we worked together to find a solution. Nothing came as a surprise through the entire process.We would happily use them again for future projects.

We used Springer for the installation of our Backyard Fence. They were quick to reply when we reached out for a quote and competitive in pricing. Of note, many companies refused to come to our area due to the rocky terrain, Springer was aware of the ground conditions and did not shy away. The workers were great, friendly, on time and highly professional. The work was completed effectively in a timely manner. We thoroughly appreciated their work.Addendum - A few months later we had issues with our Fence gate after some emails someone came out and adjusted the gate and it was better. The following summer (2022) both gates were problematic and no longer latching at all. After many emails and texts back and forth some guys came out and mentioned that later the previous year they had started putting crossbeams above the gates to prevent this issue as posts shifted during the winter. They installed crossbeams on one of the 2 gates, kind of hastily and not very professional looking, and adjusted the handles leaving screws poking through the other side. They mentioned they'd return for the other. No one ever came back. After again multiple emails back and forth with John people were always supposed" to come and rectify the issue. Summer 2022 ended and no one addressed the issue. Spring 2023

Edited after owner’s reply:Following this review I talked with the owner, Mike, who informed me he spoke with John… turns out this was not a simple miscommunication. John simply made an assumption (based on what, I am not sure considering we never discussed budget) that we could not afford it and decided to put us “on the back burner” (aka ignore us).Apparently John told Mike he thought our budget was $1000… for a 30ft wood fence with the price of lumber these days?? We were prepared to invest 5x that into this project.Perhaps next time don’t discriminate against your potential clients based on what you THINK they can afford before even providing a quote. This is no way to run a business and I have never been insulted like this by a contractor, and we’ve worked with many in the last year while completing renovations to our home. We will be using a different company to supply and install our fence.Original review:Unresponsive and wasted our time unfortunately. This company was referred to us by an acquaintance. We reached out and John came to look at what we needed for our front yard fencing project. Interactions started off professionally, I liked the booking/calendar system for our on-site meeting. John was friendly and patient with my toddler being there. John said the project would be a simple, 1-day project and he would have a quote to me that day (it was a Wednesday or Thursday) or by the latest Monday because he would be away for a wedding over the weekend. Totally understandable, I was happy with that.Monday afternoon rolls around and we hadn’t received anything yet, so I sent a text to the number John had originally been texting me from saying I understand he’s probably busy playing catch-up, but I just wanted to follow up on our quote. Tuesday comes and nothing, so I leave a voicemail. Hear nothing back. My husband calls a few days later, and he gets in touch with John right away. John says he already sent the quote and he can resend it when he gets back to the office in an hour. Reconfirms email address. We never get a quote. My husband follows up and gets an excuse that there was an issue he had to deal with on one of their sites so he’ll send the quote soon. We never hear back, no quote, and now neither of us can reach them.Mostly just disappointed as we really need this job done and didn’t want to shop around for contractors since they came recommended to us. Just needed a reliable company to take care of it. If you didn’t want our business you could have not wasted our time and just said so. We also have a complete re-landscape of our large backyard planned for next year, so unfortunately they’ve lost our potential business for that too.

We used Springer landscape for the installation of our Backyard Fence, deck, concrete work & landscaping. They were quick to reply when we reached out for a quote with competitive pricing and most importantly follow up. John Monk was present to clarify and work with us to provide answers and suggestions to making the project a reality. Working with John and his crew was a pleasure as they were always extremely courteous and professional have great work ethic. They made sure we were satisfied with the outcome and followed up on completion. We live on a corner lot that frequents people going to the park and the work was complemented by those passing as they saw how the job progressed. Customer service from Springer Landscape was excellent as they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.We would definitely recommend Springer Landscape.

I used Springer Landscape for some spring yard cleanup. They were slightly delayed in completing the work but were quick to email me back, return phone calls and schedule a time to finish the work.

Springer installed a beautiful fence and updated my backyard. John and his team were punctual, clean, very meticulous when it came to the little details and extremely professional. They were very respectful and accommodating around my young family and big puppy as well. Would highly recommend to anyone planning any size of project.

I had an old patio deck that was rotted out and about to fall apart but the guys at Springer did a fantastic job on the complete redo of my deck. John was awesome to work with and he made this whole construction process easy and stress free. The crew was amazing and professional, they definitely know their stuff! Was awesome to watch the transformation. The finished product was beyond what I had imagined and I’ve finally got a backyard space that I can use again. They know how to put a smile on your face!

I had a very negative experience with springer. My sod was never completed or rolled, but yet I keep receiving invoices despite me telling the project manager 3 times it hasn’t been completed. Work was late, sometimes by weeks, with no communication or explanations provided. Measurements were off resulting in a couple hundred dollars in over charges. No care instructions were provided post installation, and the project manager never came by to confirm if projects had been completed before receiving invoices. Overall, the communication has been terrible. Two quotes that were requested were never provided resulting in me having to find multiple contractors for a single yard project. Gate hardware doesn't work, and when the project manager saw it he even admitted it's cheap hardware (so why are they using it?!). He promised to have it replaced but it never happened, so it looks like I'll be doing it myself. Lastly, other people were cc’d on private emails which could have resulted in private information being shared. I am very dissatisfied with the (lack of) service I received and will use different service providers in the future.

This is my second year using Springer for weekly lawn maintenance. Pricing is more than reasonable. They are reliable & the attention to detail is outstanding. Ben & his crew even cut down the weeds by my fence in the alley. My lawn always looks like it was done by professionals.A company is only as good as it’s employees & these guys knocked it out of the park!
