Doug was friendly, knowledgeable, and told me exactly what to expect. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, with the correct part to fix my recliner, and repaired it efficiently. The cost was reasonable.

We contacted this company by email, described the repair needed to our recliner and sent a picture. We got a call back the next day was given an estimate over that phone and told upfront that there was a service call fee for coming out to see if it could be repaired. The repair took about an hour and half and I was charged a very fair amount for the repair. Doug was professional, removed his shoes and laid a blanket down to work on so as not to get debris on the floor. After he made the initial repair he added more padding and reinforced the underside of the bottom with a piece of furniture cloth. I am very happy to recommend this repair service. My 10-year-old recliner couch's mechanism broke and I was afraid I might have to junk it. Thankfully I found Doug. My couch feels like new! Getting a hold of Doug was a bit of a process through voicemails, but we were finally able to get the repair scheduled. He was able to, using photos, find a replacement mechanism and come to my house and install it. My couch now feels like new! And the price was very reasonable; it would have cost me almost as much to pay for a junk removal service for the couch, and I still have my couch!!

Doug from Motion Furniture Repai was great! Came near the beginning of the time window he had promised on the phone. Went straight to work and was able to maneuver our reclining couch all on his own. Put a temporary fix on our couch after assessing the issue, and gave me a timeline as to when he would have the piece he needs to do the final repair. He was very willing to look at the other side of the couch to see if we could anticipate having the same issue on the opposite side in the future. A very friendly and focused guy, who I will allow back in my house in a heartbeat.

If ever you need a recliner fixed than this is the place to go.We called on a Sat and they message said they would respond by the next day.Sure enough they called and schedule an appt Mon evening.They gave a 2 hour window and arrive on time.The man fixed my recliner in a matter of less than 10 min.I am very pleased as I didnt want to buy new furniture especially since I have a furbaby and not wanting to buy a new set and my furniture is still good.
