Ate here a few times on a recent visit while staying at the hotel. Salmon, Fish & Chips, Spaghetti & Meatballs, French Toast. Service varied, and mistakenly rimmed a daiquiri with salt instead of sugar. Overall, good place and would recommend!

So we stayed at the Lamplighter Inn attached to Shelley's. The first night we ate dinner there and the dinner was great and our waitress was amazing! We noticed the breakfast menu and made a comment asking if anyone could order the kids menu and she said of coarse. Next morning we went down and out waitress was less than accommodating and Franky quite rude saying there is no way this would ever happen. Disappointing to say the least.

If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly understaffed for the number of patrons in the actual restaurant.We waited a long time for food that arrived cold. No one came back to refill drinks or check in. Had to wait a long time for the bill since it seemed there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. The server we did have was short and seemed overworked.Decided to try room service the next morning to avoid the wait for the bill and skip the lack of service, however room service rings right to the restaurant. Waited and waited and no one picked up the phone. Called front desk and it was confirmed the restaurant was too busy to answer the phone. Would never come here again because they appear to be very understaffed.

The food was served faily quickly for our morning breakfast. The waiter was kind of rude, but that on him not the food. The hotel in which this restaurant is in is AMAAZING and would recommend a stay here especially if you have kids.I wasnt feeling well so i ordered a meal that came with cereal, toast and fruit. It was beautifully served. My husband had eggs benny with small potatoes and a seprate order of pancakes.

The food was good, but our group of 12 waited over an hour to eat, Noones meals come out at the same time and some were leaving as their food was arriving.

We had the all you could eat chicken. It was oven baked and had a bit of tang, was juicy and tender. It came with a salad and cornbread. Both were a good size. With the chicken, you got fries that they make fresh and rice. Both of those were all you could eat as well. I changed my fries to mashed potatoes, but I couldn't have those all you could eat, but I could have fries if I wanted. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Would have loved to try the place. Waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged which is perfectly fine. Then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes only to watch the sever who would be right back" find a phone call more important than the now like developing at the door.A couple leaving even mentioned not to bother because it'll be 40 minutes before you when get your breakfast.We walked. Phones should never come before your customers at the door. Service 101 from someone who's worked in the industry for 10 years...."
