My wife had her purse fixed here. The job looks good and appears to be holding up. The purse had been there for a week so I had expected it to be ready. He fixed it in 15 minutes after I got there.He had repaired the other end previously and did that the same day. Be aware that he may be away from the shop for brief periods of time.The repair was less than $10.00

This man is an absolute legend with shoe repair. I brought in three pairs of designer boots to get repaired he was honest about repair and prices. I was worried after reading the previous reviews but he proved them all wrong. Good prices, good timing and all around great person to go to

The customer service at this place is absolute garbage. If I could rate this place lower than one star, I would. The lady on the other end of the phone has no people skills what-so-ever, and when I went in to see if she would stretch my boots, I got nothing but condescending remarks, and snide comments. It's disappointing that this is basically the only place to go in Grande Prairie to get boots and shoes repaired. Go to Edmonton if you can.

Bought in a pair of running shoes with a factory flaw - too much fabric sewed in on one side that made them impossible to run in. (And of course I wasn't able to return them - at the original store , but he got out his scissors and fixed them for me! Saved the day!

I brought my luggage in there because the threads was coming apart on the zipper and maybe week wait time.I didn't hear from him and didn't get an answer on his for so I went in and asked and Nolen mentioned he would need my help to help hold it since he can't juggle it and the sewing machine at the same time.The repairs went well! So the work was good, just not the phone communication. So I just recommend to follow up in person with him since he seems to be always busy since his shop is full of all kinds of items needing repair

I wish I could give him 0 stars. I brought a vintage pair of heels in and asked him to fix them, he quoted me !!136.50!! (which is ridiculous but I loved these shoes so I did it). He said about 1 week or 2. Took 3 months, I would call and call and call and walk in and he kept apologizing and giving me dates that he never held up to. I finally get my shoes back and their is visible chunks of glue all over them, the rubber on the bottom is cut in the worst way, and for some reason they're stretched out now.... I am still charged full price even though they look like sh*t and it took 3 months. Whatever. I've had them back for two months and the bottom of the shoes are peeling off. I take them to him and ask for a refund as I was seriously dissapointed by every single thing about what he did to these shoes. He is exceptionally rude at the idea of giving me my money back even though he f*cked these shoes up. He tells me he can fix them for me but why would I trust a guy who has ruined my shoes once already and took months to do it. Never go here. Seriously the worst customer service and worst work. I'll be buying another pair of shoes now. Thanks Nolan.

I've been trying to get through via phone call, and have stopped by, door is locked, can owner please let me know when is good to stop by? I'd like to get something fixed but can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Thanks

What a great job Nolan did restoring my best pair of leather pumps that the shoe repair in Edmonton almost ruined. Very reasonable price and time to finish. Definitely recommend!
