They are supposed to provide a service and make life easier when it comes to licensing our dear pets. Very disappointed in their service. Hoping that our local humane society switches to a better alternative.

I would give a negative rating if I could. Tags faded in less than a year, paint wore off and engraving so shallow tags could not be read. Flimsy ring but I used my own ring to attach tag. New tag ordered, they changed the address I put on my order and the order was returned to them. I was asked to confirm my address 17 (SEVENTEEN) times. Order finally arrived 51 days after I ordered. Address was still not quite right, but I got it. They volunteered to supply an extra tag, with my personalization, to apologize for the trouble. They put my previous dog's name and registration number on the extra tag so I won't be able to use it.

My beloved dog has passed away. No way to stop the harassing calls, emails and letters without signing up for an account. Based on their incompetence as exhibited in the reviews, why would I create an account and provide this company any information??

I have had to call DocuPet 3x every January for 8 years now to get the correct tags. Then I wait 6 weeks to get... the wrong tags every year. Im not sure why they are so disorganized as a Company though their individual employees are kind- I still have to go through this process every year.

This is my 4th re-order, and I've been on hold for 30 minutes. Such a waste of money. Paid $25.98 for a tag. You can hardly read the information on the tag. What's the point? It's printed with really light ink". The silver tag has a little better contrast but still kind of useless. They are giving me a refund

DocuPet tags are great! One tag on Pippa's collar and she's set. I've entered all the info about her online so not only does the person finding her know her license registry with our county, but they also have her shot record, pictures of her, our phone number...all they need to get her back to us safely. Plus the tags are really well-made and lots of adorable styles from which to choose. I needed assistance with an order I placed and DocuPet was right on it and made everything right. So happy our county signed us on to DocuPet services!

The absolute worst! 2 years in a row I’ve ordered tags for my dogs and both times I didn’t receive my order. Both times they had to resend my order. I don’t have high expectations for next year. If I didn’t have to renew my license I would NEVER deal with this company.

We had a great experience with this company!! Our tag is absolutely adorable and suits our dog perfectly. Ordering was convenient, it showed up fast and it’s cool to know he’s in a system that can help find him if he’s lost! Thank you so much for this! :)

Pay my dog license every year, and yet for the last 2 years I receive letters saying they have no record of a dog license for my residence. Good thing I have proof that they cashed my check.
