This company has great service, their response time was fast and answered all my questions. We received our new washer and dryer 3 days after the order was placed. Our machines are working great. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. And in future will continue to use this company for any commercial washers and dryers that my company needs.

I feel very satisfied with customer service, parts department has very experienced staff, I got the perfect parts that I needed, it is very easy to install as they instructed me. Excellent product. Exceptional customer service. I was lucky to work with Jim and Dave. Both workers showed up on time and removed my old, large washer with ease. Despite the tight space and staircase. Installation was quick. Workers Jim and Dave were constructive and very positive. Thanks guys! Highly, recommend Harco.

Harco provides excellent service and installs the top brands. When machines are down it can mean a loss of business, but thankfully Harco has been there every time to keep us up and running. They stand by their work.

First time Harco customer, overall a great experience. We had Karl and James deliver our dryer - they were so so, ABSOLUTELY incredible! They were abnormally patient in helping us figure out pricing for the machines properly. Listened to us. Geniunely wanted to help. Embodiment of what customer service should be. Went above and beyond too, walked us through what we might need to know for other renovations we were doing in the house. Clearly knowledgeable. Booked a service call, guy came in and mostly fixed all the machines. Waited a month to get a quote on a few machines to be fixed, and when I asked about the machines that weren't fixed prior (dryer button and washer door), they simply said to make another service call because they already closed out that call. I love to pay twice to get one fix.

I just received absolutely outstanding service from Harco. We bought a new commercial front load washer for our building and it arrived literally the next day, they took the old one and made sure the new one properly installed and working. Great customer service all around, now I can go enjoy the sunshine. Thank you Harco!!

Have been dealing with Harco for over 30 years for equipment, service and parts and have NEVER had an issue.Senior management is always responsive to our purchase needs.Service is candid and trustworthy.Parts staff are always helpful and go the extra mile to research what you need even when you dont have a proper serial number for your equipment.The bad reviews are obviously from people who are NOT SUCCESSFUL business operators and expect something for nothing".It's expensive to be cheap."

I can not comment on the new washers and dryers but I can say the installers Dave and Jim are two professionals who know the meaning of customer service. These two guys removed the old appliances and installed the new ones. They took the time to explain any questions I had. Really impressed with the service.
