I like this store. It is easy to navigate, and the stuff is always around and ready to help if needed. I enjoy going there with my dog instead of leaving her in the car as the store is pet friendly. One employee said that he is afraid of large dogs, but he still was able to help me to find the right product. Strongly recommend.

Scott the store manager was incredibly helpful. We ordered a new fridge for my grandparents and had some problems with the order. Scott took the time to understand the problem and work with us to find an immediate solution. Thank you Scott for excellent customer service.

Some of my recent experiences with its staff have been splendid. They seem to go above and beyond, dive into unknown corners of the store and run up and down the aisles like a crazy person (in a good way) just to find the exact item that the customer needs.It is a very pleasant surprise how helpful the staff has been. In some cases, merchandise was extremely difficult to find and the staff went to painstaking lengths to find exactly what I needed.I had to return an item and the process was breezy. The lady at customer service desk asked no questions at all and was very pleasant and never made me feel guilty about returning the merchandise.

I ordered online 74H-inch Square Corner Shower kit. Its very high and heavy. I was leaving home for work around 9 am, and found shower kit outside by the garage.1) No one called me to let me know that it was delivered. I contacted via text customer service, I was told that only appliances are delivered upstairs.2) If I knew that my $1000 kit would not be brought up, I would have ordered it from another company.

It was my very first time at Home Depot in Canada. And now I know why it’s high reputation. So friendly and helpful staffs make it wonderful. I bought some cutting wood there for my bed on June 20th, and the people I met were all so kind to me. Special thanks to Mark who's guidance and hands-on support made my day.

First time to Home Depot is a great pleasure. We need to sort out some essential items for the new condo. They have a great selection of everything from kitchen hardware to bathroom caddies. Lovely plants also make a difference. Staff are nice and helpful.
