FYI everyone I seen there AD on Facebook and gave the a call. I scheduled an appointment Sunday afternoon for Tuesday morning and they were here on time and did an amazing job polishing my wheels on my toter home and trailer. Very reasonable and thorough I would recommend them to anybody.

These guys are honest as the day is long. Great service. I had a rear differential go on the highway. They had it fixed quickly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable. Why would you go to a dealership when you can get the same service from these guys

I would give more stars if I could. I was travelling out of town and needed my brakes fixed in a hurry. I lucked out when I called here and they were able to fit me in an hour later and had me back on the road in about 90 minutes! Amazing friendly service, and they even offered me water and a bowl for my dog who was with me. If I lived in the area, they would get all my business, 100 percent.

Ended up needing to unexpectedly replace 2 tires and they found good used tires in their inventory, balanced and installed them right away. Very helpful and friendly.

One of the best mechanics we've encountered in our life across Canada. We needed work done asap and they were super welcoming and helped us get around as well! Definitely would recommend!

Since I got here in Amherst more than a year ago, these guys have been the ones maintaining my car. They could fix easy problems like changing tires, balancing, simple ground problems, etc.. But if you have a deeper issue like anything under the dashboard, AC, they said they won't fix those.I brought my car in this shop this week because the engine was making a rattle sound. It took them 2.5 hours to tell me it is an AC compressor problem and I need to have it replaced. They said they don't do that kind of work and I have to go to Don's Radiator shop. Still, W&R charged me 80$ for that diagnosis (90+$ w/ tax). I went straight to Don's Radiator shop the next day. From the moment the technician heard the noise, he said it doesn't sound like an AC compressor problem. One of their guys checked further and in 15 minutes he was able to pinpoint the problem. It is the radiator that's causing the noise. After 2 hours, he finished replacing it and the loud noise is gone. It sounded like a brand new car now.Wrench and Rubber charged me an hour's work (even if it took them 2.5hrs to diagnose it), 3 men working on it, with wrong diagnosis, and a problem they don't want to fix.Don's Radiator charged me 2 hours of work, 1 man working on it, with correct diagnosis and fixed the problem.Also, both shops gave me a ride to my office/home instead of me waiting.I made this review as honest as possible.

Jay and Peter are great people to deal with. I have worked in the auto repair trade myself and trusting your mechanic is important. You can trust these guys to be honest and fair.

Very friendly staff and drove my man home so he didnt have to wait and picked him back up to get our car!!

Good bunch of guys there. I recommend them forsure!
