Urban Barn Barrie

We purchased an oversized couch, 4 chairs and some tables, all amazing quality. Due to delays in our home reno’s we were unable to open and examine the goods for more than a month after they were delivered. Upon doing so we discovered the wrong couch config had been ordered (chaise on wrong side). They agreed to replace the unit without hesitation and even offered white glove service to install new and remove old. Best of all this happened within one week of notifying them. Thank you Erin for your amazing customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Similar to ALOT of the reviews on here, the staff and manager at this location have very poor customer service. Suggest going to another store.I love the couch, I purchased the antionio, but disappointed in the staff. When I purchased the couch I was told that the accent pillows were included. I looked at the couch on 2 different days before I bought, and was told on both occasions that all cushions and accent pillows came with the couch. They knew I was looking at another couch at Ashley and used it as selling feature. I know this because I specifically asked about these accent pillows ( I really liked them) and was assured yes it comes with all the cushions and pillows. After it arrive I followed because I did get the accent pillows. I had to call 2x because no one ever returned my call. I was told that the accent pillows do not come with it. That there must have been a miscommunication ( I misunderstood) because they refer to seat and back cushions As “accent pillow”. That the sales person has been there for 2 years so I must have misunderstood. I thought it was Strange that the cushions on the couch are referred to as accent pillows. Any way guess it was my fault! That I don’t understand the urban barn lingo. The manger told me she would follow up with the sales staff and call me back the next day. Hmmm that was a week ago!! Once they make the sale not their problem I guess. Something so silly but I will not be returning

Barbara was amazing from the time I walked in the store. Helpful knowledgeable sincere and walked the store with me piecing everything together for my new home. Store is beautifully maintained and clean, and all the staff super friendly. I'll start by saying that I LOVE the store and the products, but the shopping process and using their website is such a pain that it completely turns me off from going there more often.Last night I had 6 items picked out online (great deals) and they were in my shopping cart. The total was ready with tax, it made me fill in the shipping info and credit card. On the last step pay now" it suddenly marked 5/6 items as unavailable. Out of everything I picked 1 candle was left. So I wasted half an hour shopping and getting ready to check out only to buy nothing at all. Why do this to your customers?!In store shopping is also bizarre. They often only have one display item which they won't sell to you. They make you pay upfront and wait up to 4 months to receive it (not just furniture

Always have an amazing experience shopping at this store! The managers at this location that I dealt with, both Ally and Kyla were extremely helpful and professional.The prices at Urban Barn are always a little high to me but in the end totally worth it for the higher quality products and amazing service that I receive.Always 5/5 stars!

I love shopping in Urban Barn. The ONLY thing that’s frustrating is I most often want to buy a product and it has to be ordered in. I’m not willing to wait 4 or 5 or 6 weeks for the item to be shipped. So as a result you lost a $400 sale and I will find a similar item at another store where I can take it with me. I wish you could change that and carry some stock, it’s very frustrating. Other than this continual frustrating problem the store and service are great.

Style and quality is excellent. I wasn't aware that most of their furniture is made in Canada too!

The Urban Barn is an amazing store and I made several purchases there. I must compliment Barbara for her knowledge and her personality. She made the experience enjoyable.

The furniture and decor are gorgeous and the staff is incredibly helpful. Erin has helped me style both my living room and bedroom and I can't thank her enough for her help! I always get compliments on my pieces from Urban Barn.

What great customer service! All the staff have been excellent to deal with. Super friendly and very accommodating, Kayla, Kyla Beth Erin everyone… hope I got all their names right! Lol. Can’t thank them enough for all their help!
