Sentinel Storage - Calgary West (Self-Serve)

Wonderful location. Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Safe and secure. Easy access. Tamara and Dupsy were very helpful and extremely friendly and patient. Highly recommend this location, and would use again. Very easy to access everything.

This is a great place for storage! I love that the whole building is heated units. The staff are wonderful, helpful and have alot of patience. I booked my unit on January 4 and they were still able to give me a fantasticBoxing week promo deal (first 12 weeks at 50% off.

Tamara and Betty were the best persons for booking the storage and they treated me with royalty. Great work!!!!

The location is clean and the staff are nice. I was not told in advance that I would be required to buy a $19 lock from them.I was storing my stuff while I was looking for a new apartment. When I found a new place I scheduled movers and called to let Sentinel know when I would be moving everything out. I did my payment for 2 weeks (usually they charge you by 4 weeks but I told them with enough notice to only pay for my time there).I proceeded to get phone calls and emails saying I was past due on my payment. I replied to the email and phone call telling them that I was moving out on the 4th and was paid up until then. It seemed sorted but then I got another phone call telling me my payment was past due and I again told the person that I was leaving on the 4th and was paid up until then. They told me that no note had been made on my account about this.The place itself was good. Their system of tracking payments and move outs is stressful. I did not need the added stress when I was getting ready to move again.

Wonderful customer care, wide selection of storage options available, storage units clean and well lit, location is optimal for rapid access from Stony Trail.

Customer service person - Carol, was pleasant with a good clear voice; and more importantly, she looked after our request.

After speaking to gina honestly I have to change my review because she ended up giving me back some of the money I really honestly can't say how much I appreciate this is so nice. I didn't expect it at all. I was actually just giving up hope entirely and I really really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Excellent facility and customer friendly staff. Dupsy and Betty explained the process, floor plan, systems etc. They - including the facilty Manager Gina came personally with me to the exact storage location - explaining lock , insurance, Rodent control so on. Facility looks absolutely clean and secured. Very Reasonable price .
