Terrible customer service. I ordered a small item online. Had to go to the back of the store for pick up. Waited 20 mins and no one brought out my order. Called customer service and no one answered. Returned to the store front and went to customer service with the item from the shelf. Mamager said I could not take that one and would have to go to the back of the store again. No thank you. Order canceled. Another retailer can have my money.

If you want to support a store that’s frequently understaffed (so good luck attaining adequate help getting a product or finding plants that aren’t dead if we’re speaking of summer season), favours workers that have been there for 20+ years (or the nepotism connections who randomly get better wages) but whom are blatantly rude to other wonderful staff & customers as well as gossip, lie and slack off—this is the place to go. It’s 2022, do some self-reflection and do better management. Sure…the building’s modern & nice, the business however is not.

I always get Great Service from the Automotive Service Department. A lady by the name of Anna (I think ) does your company proud. She will go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after. Her friendly demeanor, sense of humor and knowledge excels.

Bought a Ninebot e25a electric scooter on sale for $200 off ($749 new). Cheapest deal by atleast 100 compared to anywhere else. It's usually $950 most places when not on sale. On this ride I got 17km on an 80% charge and rode from the hospital area to salmonid centre and back! The store is huge and well stocked. Wait for the deals. Check the Flyers.

Waited 40 minutes at the back door for curbside pickup,after calling twice (being told sum1 would be out in a minute) and ringing the doorbell multiple times. All the while hearing people moving around and talking on the other side of the door. Absolutely terrible service. Ruined my opinion of the store. 40 MINUTES!! I could of just went inside and bought it and saved myself time!! I ended up leaving without the item!!I'd like to add, this is the not the first time I've had an overly long wait at the back door for curbside pickup. Prior to this the longest wait was 25 minutes. But 40 and still nobody showed up.. Come on people, get it together!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful, when you can find someone. That is the only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. Seems like there is never anyone there when you actually need help with something. But once you find someone they will do their best to help.
