Thee Kennel

The only people I'd get a dachshund from. My dog is beautiful, healthy and very sweet. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. Grand Gables was highly recommended and I'm glad I believed that.

Both Mark's were extremely friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby there. Thanks to both for taking care of my pup! We will be back.

We've been bringing our dogs there for 4 years now, and everytime we get amazing service. Can't recommend this place enough.

We just started sending our 2 dogs to “Uncle Mark”. Like others, I was wondering if my dogs had enjoyed their stay. Well… now they get excited when we turn the corner onto his road and when I get out of the car, they almost pull my arm off to get into the facility. This really makes me feel good about my choice. We’ve been on this kennels waitlist since October 2020.(also know as Grandgables)We put a $200 deposit for a miniature dachshund.They strung us along for 7 months.Poor communication since then. Then one of the breeders moved to Nova Scotia with the puppies.They also asked us for more money than originally agreed upon. Original price agreed was $2000; they wanted $2500 plus tax.We were willing and agreed to pay the extra $825,We called back to confirm the “delivery”Then they expected us to pay an additional $400 for the shipping.If I knew this would be the outcome, I would of gone with another breeder a long time ago and be on another waitlist.Do not buy from this breeder. Completely unprofessional and squeezing money out of people.

Just had my two shelties there and this was the first time they have been away from us. Mark was awesome and did a fantastic grooming job and even gave me tips after on how to tackle those sheltie matts. My dogs yes were happy to see me but they appeared to have enjoyed there time there. What a awesome first experience for them and i highly recommend this place!
