Burnaby Lake Greenhouses Ltd

I work at a store that carries Burnaby Lake plants and flowers. I can hardly contain myself when I see the Burnaby Lake semi pull up to the storeThen I wait until the guys pull them through the store to our Floral dept. The flowers and plants always look amazing and are on high demand. I own about 25 plants and all are from BLG.

Customer service is horrible at this shop. I will never go again. There was a sale sign showns at the front door but the sale person said they only sell and accept online orders. Okay that's fine. My friend and I were about to leave, while I was on the phone the sale person rudely approached and told us to get out of the building. We were terribly blown out for how we were treated! This is not the only time though. I felt disrespectful every time I shopped there but this time was the worst. Never go back again!!

it seems that many plants are either infested with spider mites or mealy bugs when they are shipped from this green house to locations such as Walmart. I have seen whole cart loads totally infested coming off the delivery trucks.

They treat long time customers terribly. The last few years they have geared towards selling to big box stores (Costco, Walmart ect) for more money and don’t care for the local neighbourhood plant & floral shops. The workers in the sale center and showroom are rude and unhelpful

Unfriendly and rigid customer service, not even willing to listen the queries of new potential customers, yet they want you to sign up as their business customer, invest time, get approved and then they will answer your query? Are you Amazon or what? Oh wait even they will listen to you and you don't have to get approved blah blah.I do NOT recommend doing business with these guys!

11th May 8:45 a.m.. just got off the ferry from Vancouver driving down the pat Bay Highway heading to Victoria.Driver from Burnaby Lake greenhouses cube truck swerving in and out of both lanes then stays in the passing Lane going below speed limit impeding traffic. Perhaps your drivers should take remedial education on the rules of the road for large commercial trucks. They should be in the slow lane not impeding everyone's commute and driving Dangerously

We were a B2B customer of Burnaby until they made unauthorized charges of $700 to our credit card and then justified it by shipping products we did not confirm ordering. We tried to deny delivery but they would not refund their unauthorized charges. Products they shipping are poor quality and we haven't been able to sell them to recoup our losses. Don't trust them with your credit card information!

While driving into work today on the highway from Langford to View Royal, I see this big white commercial truck ahead of us driving aggressively. Not only switching back and forth between lanes without regard for anyones safety but driving so close to the vehicles in front of him. It was alarming to say the least. And based on a previous review, sounds like this isn’t the first time. Disappointing!

Burnaby Lake has no respect for long time customers. in the last couple years they have decided that the dollar means more to them than their customers. As well the quality of their plants have gone downhill compared to what they used to be.Burnaby Lake used to have the respect for florists greenhouses except and only sell to valid greenhouse or flower stores.or plant stores. now they will sell to anybody. They do not have any respect for their customers like Most wholesalers will not sell theit product to retail stores on the same block let alone stores side-by-side.. Burnaby lakes philosophy is it really doesn't matter if there side-by-side they will sell to anyone as long as they paid them money. So if you are Looking for a great wholesale greenhouse products there are many many more on the lower mainland that sell quality products as well as respect the industry
