I frequent Princess Auto locations all over the province but I would have to say that the Bolton location is the worst of all. Some ailes are almost always in a state of disorganization. The one thing that really turns me off are the cashiers. They are not friendly and often very grumpy. I've witnessed them speak to other customers very rudely. It seems like they hate their jobs and can't wait to leave.

Just visited the store looking for some welding PPE. Such a disorganized store. Everything was just piled on top of each other and you couldn’t tell the correct pricing of everything. Had to check the pricing of everything at the cash register and everything was way more expensive than expected so didn’t end up buying anything. It was such a disappointing visit and a complete waste of time.

Excellent customer service!Ravi was great help finding the items I needed with the help of staff. I recommend this location over the other ones.

I cannot believe this is the same place i have visited a year ago. Staff has been changed to new Indian students and new immigrants who has serious attitude problem even though i am also from the same people, no Knowlege about product and no intention to help at all. they look at you like you are an alien when request for assistance. only one teller working at the desk at 10.00am with 10 people in line and has no Knowlege about how to use her computer.this is my last visit forever as I as a consumer cannot accept this kind of service where a store hires cheap labor with no service and product Knowlege but full of arrogancy and attitudes.wish i can gave them zero star.

Can barely walk through some of the perimeter isles. Always have a hard time finding items even though the system says they have many in stock. Is it the stores fault, I don't know but it definitely seems like there is way too much product for the size of the store. It has been like this for atleast a few years now. I glanced into the back warehouse area and workers barely have space to move back there too. I find myself making the trip to Mississauga more often now as I've had to leave this location empty handed too many times.

Very disorganized, good luck looking for what your going there for. Even asking for help doesn’t really narrow down the search. If you enjoyed eye spy as a kid you’ll love it there.

I strictly write reviews that are honest and for people that go out of their way to help me. Ravi and Tarannum are what other employees should strive to work towards. A friend and I drove from outside of Hamilton to Bolton to pickup an atv that we purchased. Upon purchasing the atv the atv broke down and the atv would not shift out of park. We tried wheeling it and getting it onto our flat bed but could not get it done. Especially with my bad back. We searched where the closest princess auto was and it was only a 20 minute drive. We drove to the store and immediately were greeted and asked if we needed any help. We got directed to the winch portion of the store. We were directed at which winch would work best and how we should mount it. We purchased the 4000lb winch and a battery and anything that we need to install the set up onto the trailer. After installing everything we made our way back to the atv to attempt to load it. We managed to get the atv to start to move but the battery was starting to go and the winch cable broke. We didn’t have the option of leaving the atv there overnight so we drove back to princess auto. Ravi and Tarannum not only returned our merchandise but also exchanged it for a different settup. With that settup we were able to go back to the atv and load it up perfectly fine. We ended up getting everything loaded and strapped by 9:30pm and home in time for work the next morning. If it wasn’t for their help and their understanding manner. We wouldn’t of been able to bring that atv home. This review isn’t enough. I’m going to let head office know that Ravi and Tarannum are absolutely killing it. And without a doubt one of the best retail experiences I have EVER received. Definitely recommend visiting this store. Ask for anyone in the store! Hopefully you have the pleasure of dealing with Ravi or Tarannum.

Went it and found straps for 6.99 which is a wicked price but get to cash and they scan at 25.99. I understand one or two being is the wrong spot but I pulled 8 out of that spot and there was at least 10 more still there. All the employees said was it’s not to correct product. It’s not the customers fault that the store is a mess and as the cashier said their “new hires” don’t know where to put things. I’m very disappointed in the attitude from the manager when I asked to speak to her..she pushed it off on someone else who also had a poor attitude to the situation. Will be avoiding shopping here in the future.

Excellent Customer Service!!!I had to buy and cancel online order, Tina from the customer service department was amazing. She was very helpful and courteous.For the stores, it’s very organized and clean. I am always able to fine what I want easily. 10/10 to this store and the franchise.

I’m local to Bolton, and all I can say is that this store was once great. I would almost rather drive to Mississauga than come here because it is so bad. As far as management and staff are concerned, I am unsure of what is happening. They are unable to locate the items, there are incorrect items in aisles, and the floor is piled with so much product that it is impossible to walk around it.Good luck trying to find someone to help you also.
