Mary D was the most helpful employee I’ve met in a long time. She was super friendly but genuine and visibly hard working. She also had all the tools and understanding to get me out of there quickly. I owe her one for getting me exactly what I needed

I go to this particular store for specific shoes that are not sold anywhere else. This day I went was a Friday afternoon and a bit quieter in the store. I was welcomed by the two younger men working there. I told them what I was looking for. Tully went straight to work. He was gracious and respectful and so helpful. The first pair of shoes he brought out for me he helped me putting them on and even laced and tied them. I haven't been looked after that well before. Even though everyone I've had in this store are completely professional and know their shoes. Something about Tully made me smile. Such an interesting and polite young man. He chatted about himself all through helping me. Always interested in how my shoes felt. Noticing my heels are very narrow, told me he could fix that for me by tying up my shoes a bit different. Confessed he was a runner and that's how runners tie their shoes. It worked perfectly for me. I bought the one and only pair of shoes he brought to me. The fit was so perfect.Thank you, Tully. You made my day and more importantly, you made my feet happy.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sole to Soul. Tuliy helped me find the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever tried on. I was initially interested in Dansko shoes for my 12 hour nursing shifts at the hospital, but those shoes did not seem to fit properly. Tuliy introduced me to Hoka sneakers. They are leather/waterproof and felt like walking on a cloud. His customer service was exceptional. He was incredibly pleasant and made great conversation. He also genuinely wants the customer to have the best shoe possible and not just make a quick sale. Highly recommended! Thanks Tuliy!

I am writing you Because my mother and I were in your southCenter, Calgary store on July 4th just before lunch. My mother needed a good pair of shoes because she just got some new orthotics, and also needed a new pair of ecco sandals. The lady who helped us was amazing. After being in several other stores and being ignored, or just watching the clerk struggle to get one pair of shoes it was a delight to watch SoleToSoul Lady/Clerk. I think it was Ingrid. At times she had three customers on the go and she did not miss a beat. I don't know if you can pass this on to the powers that be and make sure she gets a pat on the back, or maybe a day off with pay. HA

Called the store for a last minute B-day gift. I was speaking with a young lady named Alia. Northhill didn't have any in stock but she called the other locations and found me the color and size I wanted at the Chinook location and put them on hold for me. Went above and beyond and you just can't get that kind of service these days....it was nice for a change. Thank you so much Alia!

I went there to get a specific shoe. Matteo was extremely helpful. It was a few minutes to closing time on a Saturday before long weekend. He helped me out and processed my payment. He went further and called all their other branches to get me the right colour and type. He stayed late and helped my friend too.Great guy! Awesome customer service.Thank you.

This review is directed to the online store. I ordered a pair of Mephisto sandals. As soon as they arrived I contacted customer service immediately because nowhere in the description did it say that they were white patent leather. The sandals that I ordered come in various colours. I pointed out that the description of the same style in black clearly stated that it was black patent leather, whereas the one I ordered was described as white leather. I asked Sole to Soul to cover the return shipping as the product was not as it was described and I would never have ordered them in the first place. My request was declined saying that they were not at fault and Mephisto was to blame. I am now returning at my own cost. Needless to say, I will not deal with this company again.

Came in with my father today as he ordered the wrong size and wanted an exchange. This was not your typical exchange as he initially ordered the wrong size, returned them a week later and by that time the price had gone up. Abdhull, the owner, was extremely personable and helpful throughout the whole process and price matched the original shoes. Id have to say this was hands down the best experience I have had buying shoes. Will definitely be back!

My husband needed new work shoes so I recommended that he checks out Sole to Soul after reading the pleasant reviews. Abdul was absolutely wonderful, great customer service and really knowledgeable. Husband left satisfied with his new shoes and orthopedic insoles. Thank you Abdul !
