Rented from them for years and very little care on maintenance of properties. Superintendent in my building is constantly road blocked on any form of decent upgrades to the building to make it modern. I and others in my building also deal with our units having broken heaters or bathroom vent fans and even with tickets submitted nothing is ever done about these issues.

I am very disappointed in the treatment that I/we received from the leasing agent. She was disrespectful and didn’t have the decency to return a phone call or email. When I was able to connect over the phone she spoke over me repeatedly and abruptly ended the conversation. I would definitely not recommend renting from this company.

Horrible experience. Vastly understaffed; they are unresponsive to emails and voicemail messages. Completely unhelpful and I will never recommend this company to friends or family.

Great customer service. They responded really quickly to our Tarion Warranty claim and fixed everything we had issues with.

Demeaning, unprofessional and accusatory assumptions! I have raised pest control issues to the management and it took them a month before responding directly to my concern. Alex' delayed response contained unprofessional and derogatory accusations that the pest issue was brought by us; hence it's our responsibility to search and pay for pest control work. We were accused of bringing pest in the unit without having sent anyone to visit the unit and investigate the issue.I also find the office staff to be unprofessional- dishonest and lacking integrity. They make up stories about talking to me even if we haven't connected and providing me with info which they didn't really provide.Definitely not client-centered, poor care and support, and unprofessional leadership and, management.

I have been living in one of Braebury’s town houses for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the property.. I found myself in an unfortunate situation but because of the staff (Tina & Terry) they were able to work with me to find a solution that works for both of us. In my experience they put the tenants needs as first priority and treated me fairly and with dignity. Even though this is a large company, it has the feel of a local mom and pop type business . I highly recommend Braebury Properties if you are looking to rent in Kingston.

Whoever is driving your maintenance van today . Decided to flip me off when I honked when he was sitting a green light on his phone , then came to a complete stop at a green light to spite me I guess. Pretty dumb when your business and phone number are on the vehicle. Fast forward 20 min he’s parked in a handicap space on princess , class act employees you got there.

Well maintained properties in the Kingston area. My wife and I visited a downtown Kingston Braebury apartment last month and were impressed with the overall cleanliness and Covid-19 protocols.

My Grandmother has lived in one of there buildings for 15 years she pays her rent 3 month at a time and has never been late and for some reason her checks were canceled by the bank and she was late one day (payed on the second in office) and recived a notice on the 9th of the month telling her she would be evicted if she didn't pay it in full after she already payed
