U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Under any and all circumstances, we will never rent from U-Haul again. Not only did they treat us in a manner I wouldn't treat my worst enemy, they have been taking money off our credit card, going back on their word. They tried to say we rented a U-Haul for 59 days, which is completely false. The last time we rented a U-Haul was to vacate our storage ( with U-Haul ) after they evicted us, for an innocent mistake, which they fined us for. The U-Haul manager at the Sumas storage in Abbotsford, is also very rude and has absolutely no P.R. skills, and the U-Haul head office personnel/customer service center, are no help either. I'm officially boycotting U-Haul, and advise customers to rent someplace else.

We didn't have to wait to get our rental and the paper work was quick and simple .The lady who helped us was very helpful and their rates are fabulous. We have recommended this particular u haul to all our friends and family . And will highly recommend to you as well. Don't believe the bad reviews go see them for yourself you won't regret it .

The service is HORRIBLE. And the Asian woman running this joke of a place is EXTREMELY rude.The woman tried to charged an extra $200 fee which was ass backwards from the way uhal normally charges. our uhal was moved to this location, a 40 minute drive away. Once we got here she got our rental wrong, over charged and got extremely loud and rude. DO NOT RENT HERE.

This was by far the worst I have ever been treated as a consumer, the truck I got was filthy, the lady that rented it to me at the Huntington gas station in Abbotsford was very unprofessional. the Truck was filthy it had dirt everywhere, bodily fluids like someone spit or something on the roof right above the driver seat and my 13 year old daughter found a THC vape left in the door on the passenger side... when I Told the lady at the gas station that rented it to me she started yelling at me saying it was my fault how is that I have time stamped pictures of everything. I have pictures of the condition of the truck as well. she was screaming at me and other customers in the store. the Uhal manager did end up coming and did give me a $40 refund which is not enough in my opinion in the way I was treated. but that being said AVOID this haul place at all costs I will be contacting uhal customer service and putting in a formal complaint as well this was not acceptable at all. Very un happy

Very rude guy at the front, after I filled as per his instructions he proceeded to charge me 28.50 fuel charge. I would not recommend this place.

This guy named ‘Sam’ , i don’t who this guy is owner or manager but he is always super rude to the customers. He was not even wearing a mask. I asked him if he could at-least wear a mask, he told me if you are wearing a mask you wont get corona.He said this in front of other customers. I think some people are just in wrong profession.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t get any Uhaul services from here! Go to a different location. You call and confirm a truck with them and on the date of your move they tell you they don’t have your truck! Customer service is also horrible!

Tried upgrading my tow behind trailer they canceled my entire reservation then couldn't open a new one. Didn't have the proper equipment needed in order to mount the tow behind onto the trailer. Over charged me and then didn't refund me all the money. I don't recommend at all
