Had an oil change scheduled and done while I waited. Overall inspection identified potential issue and a heads-up on scheduled maintenance for my next visit. Car was washed before they handed me my keys. Always great service every time I take my vehicle.

Eastside, explained what was required and what could be delayed. they found no issues and were giving me the vehicle back. I asked that they perform a tune up because I didn't feel like I would be taken advantage of. My Caravan is running like new.

Our check engine light was on and we needed service done, but only had one day here, they took us in without an appointment. They checked everything and even cleaned the car for us!! Very nice people and perfect service. Would definitely recommend!

Took our Lexus NX 200t to get brake pads and fluid replaced. The inspection was detailed, and Rob helped us thoroughly by tailoring recommendations to our servicing (just doing fluids as pads were still adequate). They provided me a ride to and from home, and had excellent customer service throughout. Pricing was reasonable and competitive too. All the maintenance information is also sent electronically.It was our first time there, but won’t be our last. Thank you Eastside!

We used their services twice this week- onece to reset one of our cars alert lights when there was. Actually no issue- once to change our winter tires to summer tires and check if there is any problem with rus on our older car. In both cases the service and feed back was excellent. Excellent service.. Krystal is amazing at keeping one posted with updates on the car and the work needed. Took my car here for the first time and it was great service, reasonable prices and turnaround time was also good. Looking forward to continue using their services and making them my preferred service center for both my cars..

Best service!! Got me back into my car in only 2 days that would have taken Nissan weeks to fix. My car runs like I just bought it brand new. They took the time to go over the whole car and replace tail light bulbs that I didn't even know I needed. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me and my vehicle.
