Great location, 24-hour gas, 24-hour MacDonald, modern carwash, convenient store, propane refill, all of these in one quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Raja, Deepu and Pawan offer the friendliest service! Great to have a gas station so close to home with reasonable prices.

The workers are very nice, however the owner is a totally sick head. Got their promo where you buy 2 premium washes and get the 3rd free. Went in for the the 3rd time and the car wash stopped the wash at clear coat. If you get premium wash you get clear coat including another 2 steps. The owner himself doesn’t know how the car wash operates, started giving me attitude saying it’s my fault even though I told him to check the wash footage since it was right in front of him. He has a lot of attitude and doesn’t care about who comes there. Was my go to spot for gas and wash but I will not be recommending anyone here.

This location always has low gas prices I personally drove to all the Gas stations in Guelph and compared prices this pump most of the times has low prices sometimes the same as all pumps and I think it’s reasonable keep in mind they are in business to.

I was trying to pump gas when a salesman approached my car, started promoting some overpriced product the gas station was selling, then sprayed the product on my windows without asking permission. Didn’t take the hint until a window and headlight later. Turns out the product was great at repelling customers

I don’t for one minute believe they gave the proper amount of gas for what I payed for... gas gauge didn’t move and gas light stayed on... never happens like that before on $20... also, side note, no stickers or other indication of ethanol content... don’t pay $2/l for fake gas

Horrible customer service. I went and bought a car wash at the pump a few months back and code was not printed on the reciept. I went inside to get a new reciept and the employees (maybe owner) gave me a lot of attitude and was not willing to print me a new code and saying I did something wrong. Eventually after seeing the car wash purchase on my reciept they printed me a new one. My mom had a similar experience the other day and they would not give her the code until she asked for the head office #. Not sure why the employees have to be so rude when this seems to be a common mistake. Just seems a bit fishy and likely the owners are cutting corners to save $. My friend also got gas here and it was taking her card saying approved but before pumping the gas saying her card was declined. She waited a bit and was able to pump gas so not sure what happened there. Seemed like they wanted her to put in her card again but she didn't out of better judgement and kept the reciept and took a photo at the gas station just incase she was double charged/not actually charged and then flagged for not paying.

Used this gas station unfortunately as I was in the area and found out later that their pricing is more than other shell locations within Guelph which is ridiculous, the employee said she can’t do anything unless the management changes the pricing!!!

All excited first time visit to the new Shell gas station in neighborhood, But TAP payment method is not working - Why ?- Are customers forced to go inside store ? or forcing customers to swipe card ? (provoking Identity theft )- If I go inside and complain to attendant what will he/she do - nothing ! They are just doing their duty.- BTW Pump speed was very slow like a 30 year old pump, Why ? I do not need to waste my time on this (Used pump 9).So many questions on business practice, I'm super sorry but I will not visit shady business ...

I rolled in at just after midnight on a Thursday. Place it lit up like it's business as usual. Both doors locked and one employee hiding inside doing everything possible to avoid eye contact. Don't be duped into thinking this place is open. They just assured that I'll avoid this gas station at all costs going forward.Kill the lights and the sign if you're closed. And if you're security window only, I will never be back to spend a penny here. I loathe those windows, particularly in a more remote location like this.
