I bought on the last Friday September 2017/0901 Samsung rugby 4 in this store and I took 30 day warranty and started to use it and sounded very low I make the volume the higher and could not hear anything, I went back to the store today 2017/09/08 and I live 40 minutes’ drive and told them that it does not work Okay, they started looking and called to another phone in the store and said to me, shout that it was a hundred percent good, I told them to hear it again, OK give me the receipt, while searching for the receipt, they started to screaming on me , leave the shop now and immediately, No, I’m looking for the receipt one minute. No, no I call the police for you now, and I was with my little children and they started to cry in the store, I get in shock. In also my little kind get into a panic attack From their shouting, how they shouted like I was robbing, in the store I had no choice to live the store before I have was chance to give them reception,Therefore, if you buy a product, in this store make sure before you leave the store that everything works, thank you

j'ai acheté un sonim xp7 annoncé a 100$ et dont on me confirme le prix par telephone quel que soit l'etat premier arrivé premier servi, rendu sur place on doit se tenir dans un carré d'environ 1 metre a attendre et les telephones sont de 100$ si ils ont quelques defauts et 130$ si ils sont en presque parfait etat estetique, l'appareil semble toutefois un bon deal a ce prix et celui que j'ai obtenu possede un residu de garantie jusqu'en mars 2021, la ou ca commence a etre irritant c'est quand je telephone chez le commercant pour poser des questions, 1er appel je pose une question et on me reponds sans probleme, meme chose pour le 2 ieme appel, ces 2 appels sont des questions pour me permettre de mettre l'appareil en fonction parce que la nomenclature n'est pas claire sur internet je n'ai a ce moment pu explorer plus loin l'appareil, une fois en exploration je m'apercois que je ne peut pas me connecter a internet avec l'appareil car les menus de la nomenclature n'aparaissent pas dans mon appareil, je telephone une 3 ieme fois et on me reponds que ca fait deja 2 fois que j'apelle (ils comptent les questions?) et que pour plus d'aide je dois me presenter en magasin, est-ce que lorsque j'aurai voyagé les 35 ou 40 km qui nous separent j'aurai droit a 2 questions une fois rendu au comptoir avant qu'on me demande de quitter, comme service a la clientele j'ai deja connu mieux, j'ai rappelé environ une semaine plus tard et on m'a informé de ce que je devais chercher pour regler mon probleme je n'ai donc pas eu a me deplacer, merci a la personne qui m'a repondu
