Not only is this the perfect spot for hot pot, but the deep-fried meat is also outstanding! We have revisited numerous times and never tire of the fresh and unique experience offered through seasonal menu changes.

Get the BEEF PLATTER! And the pork bone broth is better than the spicy. We also tried the seafood platter and dragon beardEverything is GREAT, from foods and service, and cleanliness.One sad thing is, I wouldn’t recommend the “marinated meat in cone” these ones sadly are not enjoyable, the meat texture is kinda weird jelly-ish texture.But would definitely come back for their beef platter & other stuffs

Great hotpot place, we had to order the meat ring to try the meat. Quality of meat was good, the shrimp paste is a must try and the scallops are fresh. The only regret we had was ordering the spicy broth with medium heat. Medium was too much half way through the meal. I would not recommend the plum juice though, the after taste is too strong.

Their sauce bar is awesome! So many sauces to mix, plus the sauce bar includes all you can eat sides like grapes, oranges, melons, edamame beans, pickled radishes and carrots, marinated beef tripe, peanuts, green onion, and cilantro. There is even all you can drink coconut taro sweet soup! The sauce bar could be a meal in itself.This location is special because from 830pm to 11pm is their happy hour where they serve fatty beef priced at $2.99 per plate. It’s very fatty beef but still quite tasty and at such a great price.Their broth was excellent and their cold jelly dessert was so refreshing. Everything was great quality and service was actually very good.This is a well executed higher quality clean and well decorated place for hot pot! Pleasantly surprised :)

Spent a good time here at Liu Yishang hotpot with my family and two boys. Bug serving, good price, and big serving. The sauce selection are so good. Parking is free. Lots of fresh fruits and yummy sago for dessert too!We will be back for more. Im so filled and it's so good!

Definitely get the aged beef platter and the deluxe! The meat is so good, highly recommend the tomato soup broth, the spicy broth was great but be aware, we were warned that the 1 star spicy is just as spicy as the 2 star per the employees here!It's located in a quiet plaza, and parking is free if you register when you come into the restaurant!The service was amazing and everyone was attentive! Definitely try this spot when you're looking for a new hotpot place!

We had the most wonderful time at the Richmond location it is definitely the best! Food was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and the manager Hei treated us like royalty. Highly recommend!

Decent spot for hotpot in Richmond! We found the broth to be very spicy even though we ordered medium, so be warned! We ordered an assortment of meats, veggies and noodles. All came out very quick. We enjoyed the sauce bar, the complimentary fruits and side dishes such as peanuts, spicy chicken and pickled veggies.
