I was at the Pet valu in Spruce Grove, again last night. Both the Spruce Grove location and the Stony plain location are favourite stops for everything my critters need.Without exception, the staff is helpful, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.I send so many clients to these stores because I know they will be treated with kindness and that they will find everything that they need for their critters, under one roof.Many thanks as always,ColleenDiamond in the Ruff Inc.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided. Placed an order 10 days later I called to see if it arrived to finding out they could not place the order. Not even a curiosity call or an apology. Definitely will be taking my business to a more organized establishment.

We came in with 4 rescued puppies off Highway 16 and these girls were amazing! Best service, helped us out and very friendly.Would definitely recommend!Treated us to a couple of pet wash as well!

Have always had good service, very helpful, wear a mask policy, hand sanitizers available, very clean store. However was there on Black Friday and the staff was busy stocking the shelves, everyone wearing a mask except one staff member, she would not make eye contact and walked around like she was daring anyone to say anything, not sure what was going on and I don’t care, if you run a business and cannot enter the store without a mask. ALL employees should also follow policy or go home!

Doggy DIY spa, talk about easy big small you name it the dog wash area is a hit. Large open contained area.No panic rush to clean your furry pet in record time.Great water pressure, supplied shampoo and awesome drying tools, plus a excellent water absorbing towel to finish it all up.Washing our large Rottweiler became so easy and economical. Clean facility pleasant staff and great location

This pet value location is my wifes and I go to place for all our pet needs.Very knowledgeable staff who always have an answer for any question regarding our pets health, wellbeing and dietary needs. They welcome leashed pets and the owners of said pets are always happy to let yourself or your kids give them love and attention. They also have an area dedicated to adoption of usually cats. Which is always hard to walk by because any animal lover always wants to take them home.This location is perfect for getting animal food and toys for fur feather or scales. Never Fret to ask any questions. The staff will have the answers.
