This doctor had absolutely ZERO compassion for an elderly patient experiencing eye pain. He stood, opened the door, and said it really wasn’t his concern. Terrible.

I am very happy today, because my eyes are seeing again. A year ago today, I had a cataract in my right eye with terrible results. Now the left eye is 20/20 and the right eye is closer to 20/20. The story is long and it may take a while to be patient to the end. Hope it helps you who are looking for a good doctor.I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes last May. In September, I went to a doctor for cataract surgery on my right eye. As a result, after the operation, the visual acuity has been declining, and the astigmatism is serious. At that time, I could not see in my left eye due to cataracts, nor could I in my right eye. I was a driving instructor and could not work because of bad eyes. At one point I was disheartened and in a very bad mood. I even feel like my eyes will go blind soon. After being introduced by several doctors, I found doctor Moloney.Since the right eye has not been operated on, I am afraid that the same mistake will be repeated in the left eye. After a long wait, in May of this year, Dr. Moloney helped me with cataract surgery to replace the intraocular lens in my left eye. The results were surprisingly good, achieving 20/20! Compared with the right eye done by another doctor before, it is a world of difference. I am very happy. It feels like my eyes are back in my three-year-old childhood, when it was also 20/20. The success of this operation is inseparable from the strong sense of responsibility of the doctor. The doctor is very responsible. The doctor measures the degree of intraocular lens before the operation, and must give me eye drops a few days in advance, and then go to the optometry. Let me go back to the clinic immediately after the operation and let the assistant measure the intraocular pressure first. And check the postoperative condition in person. The left eye was successful, and the right eye was going to replace a lens due to continued deterioration of astigmatism. Right eye lens replacement surgery is more complicated and dangerous. I consulted several doctors and they all said the operation was extremely dangerous. Because my eyes are big eyes, my eyes were 1000 degrees myopia before the operation, and the supporting tissue around the lens was very weak. If surgery was not careful, the lens might fall into the fundus, and then I had to have three operations to remove the lens. But I think this doctor can be trusted. Another operation was performed in August of this year. The day before I entered the operating table, I was worried that the operation would fail, and asked his staff how to cooperate with him during the operation. It turned out that my worries were unnecessary. The doctor tried to relax me as much as possible during the procedure. He was humming a little tune as he pushed me into and out of the operating room. Music was also played during the procedure to try to relax as much as possible. I still remember it was a song I was familiar with many years ago: Say you, say me, Say it for always, That's the way it should be, Say you, say me, Say it together, naturally....During the operation, I also said in my heart that there should be no earthquake at this time, otherwise what should I do. Hearing this melodious music, the tense mood immediately relaxed. It is an unparalleled surgical experience. After removing the original lens, he also told the nurse next to him that it looked cool. This indirectly tells me that the lens has been taken out and makes me more relaxed than the 1st surgery. The operation was over, the doctor said well done, and I felt more at ease. The eyes slowly returned to normal on the 3rd day, but the recurrence occurred on the 4th day. My eyesight suddenly became blurred. I contacted the clinic immediately. I was worried about retinal detachment. As a result, they immediately arranged for me to go to the clinic for examination, and they said there was no problem after the examination. Check it out after a few days off. The right eye has also recovered to basically close to 20/20!
