Never seen more pathetic training and coldhearted leadership in my life.. except in M Night shyamalan movies, of course.

Very abusive management and dishonest. I was assaulted at work and they have no support. They actually fired me for contacting the MOL and WSIB. Hourly employees are great just very poor management

This is the worst place I have worked in my career. The GM & HR MGR are intimidating and bullies to all employees both hourly and salary!. The Japanese Owners should be ashamed for having them represent their company. Their lack of leadership and mentoring is pathetic and that is why no one wants to work at the company!. The company is wasting money hand over fist and I suspect will not be in business with the GM wasting money on stupid materials. He is like a squirrel scurrying around looking for nuts!!! I Caution anyone who wants to work their either in production or in the office!!! They are always blaming the workers for getting injured but do nothing to prevent the injuries. This is a house of cards waiting to fall. DO NOT WORK THERE TEMP OR PERM.

Like most place more training is needed but very nice to work for very Thank full and the jobs are not to hard to Love it there..and very clean and in order you learn as you go people are great..
