Very happy with the service we receive through modify. It’s so easy to schedule our cleanings and we are always pleased with the service we receive.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. We requested a move-in cleaning for our new place simply because my wife is 6 months pregnant and cannot do all the bending and crouching required to properly clean our new place (otherwise we would have simply done it ourselves). We were quoted for 7 hours of cleaning and the list of what was to be done was quite thorough so I didn't mind paying given the circumstances.The day of the cleaning (which was booked for 1PM (not AM)), we got a text letting us know that our cleaner would be late because she missed her alarm and ended up sleeping in. That's fine; it happens...When she finally showed up, we let her do her thing as we were quite busy with it being our possession date; all we had asked to be done additionally was the baseboards.We pretty much just left her to it and then returned here and there throughout the day as we were busy running around. Around 7:30PM; I was asked what I wanted her to do for the rest of the time to which I simply said whatever you feel needs to be done" as I wasn't going around double-checking the work (and foolishly assumed it was all done). After 6.25 hours

Cancelled my service one day before the appointment date. Very unprofessional !!! I have tenant moving in the day after tomorrow. This has caused a lot of my troubles and increased cost ! Do NOT use !

The woman who provided the service for my first booking, which was a treat yoself booking, was really good and she was kind and friendly! I’m booking another treat yoself appointment :)

I had Mopify clean our house many times now and I am always satisfied. All the staff is very friendly and does a great job. The price is reasonable. Georgette Bucholtz

My husband and I are young professionals with a cat and a dog. We had Mopify do a one time deep clean to our home - baseboards, cupboards, floors, kitchen appliance outsides, and deep clean for the bathrooms. They were professional, communicative and transparent, and super thorough. Will 100% use their service again and recommend to others!

I engaged their deep clean services through the app for March 2023. Through their website estimator I was told budget 3.5 hours.The person showed up with a half filled grocery bag. (No joking) No mop, or vaccuum, despite me checking the checkbox indicating I had none when booking. The vaccum, ok I can understand, but not the mop. Turns out it was the cleaner's first day. He left after 100 minutes. The cleaner did not move anything off of counters on bathroom or kitchen - he said he could only clean around them. In another instance he moved things from counter but left them off to the side. My bathroom looked messier than it started! They do not move shampoo bottles in shower either - again only cleaning around them. Left water all over the floor and counters (I took pics) which is ironic since they did not actually clean floors. Shower stalls were left full of soap scum (took pics)Performed no dusting. No sweeping. No mopping.Edit: also, listen to this - I went into the one bathroom after he left and the tap/water was left on! Running! Not full open but still...Only 2 bathrooms cleaned == 100minutes.Tried to call support - guess what - the automated operator does not recognize when you press a button when prompted. E.g.Thank you for choosing Mopify (sic). Press 1 to speak to support"*Pressed 1*"Im sorry

I hired mopify to perform a deep clean to get my house ready to be put in sale - person showed up without floor cleaning chemicals. On top of that you have to provide them with mops, brooms, vaccums. So I literally got no floor cleaning services. They wanted to use window cleaner on the floor but I stopped them. Tried to call support but got no where. Online support simply replied that this was all in the FAQ - that floor cleaning is extra. I will not be using again.

Phillip did a fantastic job on our house. He was very fast with good attention to detail. He went above and beyond my expectations by noticing little things that needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend.
