I want to thank Alexis for doing such an amazing job on my hair. It was the first time in years I left the salon with what I asked for.my hair is a perfect blonde .and as always my eyelashes are perfect.I would recommend this salon and Spa to anyone. Very Happy client ❤️

So I went back and fourth on writing a review until I saw this was a similar issue with someone else. I had an appointment booked for nails and eyebrows. I was running 10 minutes behind because I had to turn around for my wallet. I called right away which was 40 minutes before the appointment to explain. I live an hour from their location. The girl on the phone then starting giving attitude stating I should have let her know sooner. Well this wasn't something I could have predicted happening. She went on to say she could have filled the spot. I asked if I could still get my eyebrows done since there should still be a time slot for that. She said that would prevent her from taking someone else for nails. After apologizing numerous times she agreed to still doing my brows. When I got there, she had already filled the spot so she told me I'd have to wait for her to be done. The kicker behind all this is, I had my hair done two weeks prior at this place and booked a eye brow waxing. They said no problem, two girls would be there to do it. They left midway through my hair appointment after I reminded them I needed to get them done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt assuming it was a long day and that's why I rebooked. After the guilt trip I received at this booking and making feel super bad, I ended up leaving. I offered to pay for a service I didn't even get.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a place that could fit me in with little notice. The lovely ladies at Boss Babe found me a time that worked and were a pleasure to deal with. If you want quick, efficient and almost painless waxing services, this is the place, I couldn't believe how fast and thorough it was! After the waxing I had a pedicure, and it's been a while since I've had one that great, the foot massage was amazing, and my toes haven't looked better! I've already booked my next appointment....

I absolutely love this place!!! Over the years I have been to many salons for multiple services and this is my new go to!!! So happy that I tried the place out. I had a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and eyelash extensions. Every single service was top notch and cannot believe I left without a single complaint or disappointment about any of the services I received.. come on there is normally something. The people are just real.. laid back and make you feel so comfortable and welcome and can be yourself, not sitting there wondering what to talk about or whatever the case may be. Within minutes I felt like I had known Michelle and Amy my whole life. Also the salon itself is beautiful and clean and top of the line products! I just can’t say enough about this place honestly. I haven’t pampered myself in some time and I feel amazing and beautiful after leaving there. I will be back. It’s a place that just makes you want to go back to! I called Boss Babe after a series of unfortunate eyelash extension experiences...being new to the area I didn't know where to go. I called and spoke to the owner who was super genuine and sympathetic. She made room for me on the schedule and gave me a discount even though the previous mess was not her fault. The space was super clean and cute. Amy did an AMAZING job and continues to accommodate my schedule. I 100 percent recommend and will continue to be a dedicated client!

I booked my nail appointment with them then had to cancel and they want to charge me $45 a total rip off like holy! I do not recommend going there because if u get sick and gotta cancel it’s a horrible fee

I booked a pedicure and was so impressed by my technician I had a manicure as well. I’m going to book another manicure. My nails have never looked so good.

Alexis did an amazing job on my hair. It is exactly what I wanted, the colour is perfect. She was very detailed and surprisingly quick applying a full head of foils. My hair was uneven coloured and I am just recently having some random gray hairs show up and she got rid of them for me too!Booking was easy and the communication was excellent. The salon is really cute and super clean. I will definitely be back!
