Co-op Gas Bar @ Fraser Heights

Very well-kept gas station.Employees are professional and personable. Also, coffee is fresh every time I go here. Fuel on-par or a couple cents cheaper than other places I go to.

This is my favourite gas station. I never thought I would have a favourite gas station. They have the best muffins and coffee is good and cheap. The people that work here are so kind. It also has really nice washrooms which is unexpected for a gas station.

so i was buying a couple things from co-op. i payed for 2 ice cream sandwiches, a chocolate bar, and a bag of chips. total comes out to $13.68. i pay with $11 (partially coming from a 5 dollar co-op gift card) and said i needed to go back to my car to get the rest of the money. once i came back there was a completely different cashier. she was so rude and impolite. she made scan my gift card multiple times , and she kept on saying theirs no money. i kept on telling her that i had already scanned it. the cashier before was standing right there not doing anything when she clearly knew that i had scanned the card. she continued yelling at me and telling me that i didn’t have enough when i clearly did. i came back with the right emount of cash to add on to the $11 that i had already payed. and coming from someone who has social anxiety, that is no way to treat a customer who is making their income. a guy had to chip in $5 extra and unnecessary dollars. this was a total scam.

Right around the corner from home. So if i need gas or diesel they are right there. Not always the cheapest. But super convenient.Always clean

Great local gas station. Been a member here since we moved to neighbourhood.Love that theybhave diesel at every pump.I just wish they had those clip thigs so don't have to hold the pump the whole time.

Finally, I was one of them...those people that you see on the side of the road because they ran out of gas and didn't know it until it was too late of course. What do I do? Check my phone for the nearest gas station. That happened to be the Fraser Heights Otter Co-op. I asked whether or not they provide any type of gas delivery service to a stranded car and person on the line asks me where I am and tells me he'll be there in a few minutes. Just like that, he came, filled up my car with some gas, and I followed him back to the gas station where i reimbursed him for the gas and filled up my car. It turns out the person who came to my rescue was the gas bar manager, Derek.This review is just to thank Derek again and let everyone know that Otter-Co-Op is represented by quality, down-to-earth, and kind people. I will definitely be filling up there more often!

Good to be a member here. Definitely a lot of pros, with a few cons. Clean store, friendly staff, reasonable prices on products (as compared to other convenience stores), free air, tank trader program for BBQs, and ~4 cents off per litre for members (costs you $10 for a lifetime membership). In terms of cons, they sometimes price their gas a little higher than other stores in the area, which negates the savings; they do not adjust prices later in the day as most stations do (good and bad). They also price their trader tanks quite a bit higher than Superstore on 104 for example. finally, they close at 10--while understandable due to the relatively quiet location, can be inconvenient if you want to fill up before going home, rather than having to do it the next morning.

Always very clean at the pumps and inside the store. Friendly staff with a nice selection of products in the store too.

A small detour off the main highway but the gas station looks newer and the staff are super friendly. The kids needed to use the restrooms and the staff were fully accommodating. The restrooms were also very clean.
